Yesterday I flew from Sharm, we rested in this hotel. Before the trip, we read a lot of negative reviews, but since we could not change the hotel, we went and prepared for the worst. In fact, almost everything, as described here. 2 star hotel. Everything worked in our room, they cleaned it every day and twisted swans and hearts out of towels 2 times. This is where the pluses end.
On the case: very, very, very dirty hotel. In the hall - horror, dirty tables, chairs, floors. The room is also dirty, bed towels are not changed, dusty curtains. In the canteen, it’s generally better not to look towards the kitchen, the “bar” itself (it’s a lonely building in quotation marks) and the place where the dispenser is very dirty. We always wiped the dishes additionally with napkins.
Food is scarce. Every day: 3 side dishes - rice, pasta, potatoes, 1 type of meat - usually beef, olives (or black olives), sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, stewed zucchini, dates, bread, pastries (very good, sometimes delicious cakes come across) and what -something garbage from some vegetables, which they somehow draw out sucks. Fried eggs are fried for breakfast, and suspicious-looking soup is added for lunch. The menu doesn't change, it's always the same. Drinks include beer, brandy, whiskey, rum. Except for the beer, everything else has a weird aftertaste. But you can’t drink much, because they pour it into plastic cups and run to the bar - you don’t run into it. Coffee is disgusting!

Swimming pool - did not swim, because. the water is not heated and the temperature is always no more than 10 degrees. The jacuzzi is working, the Arab is running around and says “5 minutes”, something starts to repair - it doesn’t work out and promises to do everything again in “5 minutes”, but the water is the same as in the pool and therefore it doesn’t matter what kind of jacuzzi it is.
The territory is wretched, some dead plants and only in some places beautiful green grass. We were on New Year's Eve, all the hotels were beautifully decorated, we had Santa Claus - a mutant (pictures have already been posted), deer made of plywood and cotton wool. There was little lighting and every day something broke, and by the time we left, only 2 letters were on the street - ZO.
The beach is normal, sand is everywhere, the entrance to the sea is corals. Nearby are cool hotels and you can walk on their pontoons - there are beautiful reefs. On the beach of the hotel there are problems with towels. periodically there is no guy who gives them out. The bus runs irregularly, instead of tourists it carries its Arabs and periodically disappears somewhere.
The staff itself is a separate issue. The cleaner is happy and conscientious. At the reception - like they don’t understand anything and hint at money. The bus driver is anxious. In the canteen - all the nihilists and quickly trying to take your plates away. Bartenders - it looks like they are driven by carriers who have to go to the beach, because. bartenders also only periodically appear in their places.
Animation - I don't know, I haven't seen it. On New Year's Eve there was 1 man dressed as a woman, 2 guys twisted their skirts and that's it.
There were no living creatures anywhere, the whole territory was sprayed with something. Only in the lobby, while talking with the guide for 30 minutes, the bugs were very bitten.
In general, it is up to everyone to decide whether to go to this hotel, but I will say right away - all guides and even many Arab merchants say that this is the worst hotel in Sharm.

PS We went with Pegasus. Get ready in advance that your hotel guide will not solve your problems. Moreover, we bought excursions from him, which were subsequently canceled and we were informed about this 2 hours before the start of the excursion, it was not possible for us to replay our plans, because. it was usually late at night. We were not offered any solution to replace the excursions. If we had been told in advance that the group was not being recruited or there was a possibility of cancellation, we would have decided ourselves, but, on the contrary, we were told that the trip would take place - 100%. As a result, we did not visit many places that we wanted and planned.
