1. Three stars from the hotel can be safely picked out. Hotel level 1 *. We have been to Sharm twice in four stars, we have always been satisfied, but this hotel is DISCOUNT!! ! It is surprising that Tez-tour works with this hotel. I see such rudeness for the first time, and it is directed precisely at Russian tourists and tourists from the former Soviet republics, Italians and Germans are NOT there, they will never go to this HOLE, there were a few more unfortunate English pensioners...
2. Animation was seen only for the first five days - about nothing, then it completely disappeared.
3. The beach is just HORRIBLE! From all sides there is construction and dust (as, in general, in a hotel), it is impossible to enter the water, there is simply nothing for children to do there, do not throw them off a tall pier into the deep sea...
4. The phone in the room is actually a props.
5. The Internet worked only once in two weeks.

6. Sunbeds both in the hotel and on the beach brought from the garbage - a hundred pounds.
7. It is impossible to play billiards - the cue is broken, table tennis - with your ball and better with your rackets. The promised library is eight books forgotten by foreign tourists.
8. Construction is in full swing around the hotel, i. e. the whole hotel is constantly covered in dust and no one even tries to fight it.
9. The staff smiles and is rude right in the face (no, of course there were happy exceptions). After dinner, begging for beer at the pool bar is almost impossible: either there are no glasses, or the beer is over, or the bartender dumped somewhere. Some workers in dirty robes were constantly roaming around the pool. For some reason, local managers ate in a common dining room with vacationers - I saw this for the first time.
10. If there is still time to change something, REJECT THIS HOTEL!!! !
