Everything else can be omitted, the visa will be given anyway, because it all comes down to simply exchanging 15 dollars and a piece of paper for a visa sticker, which you paste into your passport yourself. Guys in yellow T-shirts are everywhere, everyone speaks Russian, don't get lost. The bus delivers quickly.
The guide brings you to the hotel, says that in 10 minutes you will receive the keys, but do not flatter yourself, but rather put your things at the receptionists, take a bracelet and go for a walk or swim in the sea. Earlier than an hour later, you will not be accommodated. The Egyptians in general are such a people, “everything is the will of the Almighty, ” and they quickly do nothing but sell you ashtrays for $ 2. We waited an hour and a half.

The room was clean, towels and cleaning - every day. If you leave a dollar or 5 pounds, then all sorts of gizmos are twisted out of towels and decorated with flower petals. Toilet paper ran out in 3 days, new ones were not hung up. There were three exits from the room. One through the door to the outside of the hotel, two to the pool in the courtyard. The food is normal. There was enough. It is better not to come to the beginning. At the very beginning, crests are eaten. This is a completely different story. Pushing each other, they put everything that can fit on the plates. Pasta, potatoes, rice, fish, meat, tomatoes, cucumbers, beans. . . All on one plate. All dishes except fruits are added. The pastries are delicious. Freshly squeezed juices for $ 2 are sometimes diluted with water. But we didn't get it. The melon was green, it's sad.
The beach is located at a distance from the hotel, not bad. Said, the first stall, works on the beach. He has a good time waiting for the bus, smoking hookah and drinking drinks. Caters for free. The hotel is 15 minutes walk.
There is a shopping mall to the right of the hotel. Papyri, souvenirs, supermarket. Prices are cheaper than in a hotel. Salespeople are talkative. I advise you to make friends, listen several times to the story about “Cairo, fish, brides”, etc. There will be good prices. Even in the market prices for Egyptians and prices for tourists are different. So getting to know the locals doesn't hurt. Learn a few words in Arabic. This will help you fend off merchants and get a "good price". There are phrasebooks on the websites of travel agencies.
If you go to the pyramids, take a pillow from the hotel in a bag and try to take a couple of chairs, otherwise you will not be able to sleep. Tickets were bought from a guide, there were no overlays. True, the monastery was closed near Mount Moses on the day of the tour and it was canceled. The loot was returned themselves and immediately. And the woman took it somewhere, they taught her to soar.
The departure was quick and uneventful.
