To be honest, I was very wary of my girlfriend's choice of the Hyatt hotel because of the negative reviews about this hotel.
I must say that only those who are dissatisfied in life can write badly about this hotel.
We chose the Hyatt through TURTESS, for some reason the cost turned out to be $ 800 less than what TEZTUR offered. True, the pleasant impressions of TURTESS ended there. But more on that later.
So, the general impression is that if you have a rest in Egypt, then only Hayat.
I was already in Egypt, though in Hurghada, this is my second trip to this country, now to Sharm.
As I said, because of the negative reviews about this hotel, I was waiting for the horrors that were written. Nothing came true.
Accommodation - we were quickly placed, showed the room and did not try to put us somewhere with a view of the garbage.

The hotel occupies a huge territory, during the vacation we did not have time to explore it all. Already leaving, we found out that the hotel even has tennis courts somewhere. But somehow we were not up to them. So many different things in the hotel.
The entire territory! well-groomed, sooo much greenery, which is actually seen in the photographs. in this it differs significantly from most hotels in Sharm, which is clearly visible during a boat trip along the coast. Constantly cleaned, including pools.
There is a separate story about them. Pools are conditionally divided into several conditional categories: for families with children, with waterfalls, caves and other entertainment. For a calm "seal" tan near the pool. Like "don't make noise so you can hear your neighbor snoring". And also a pool without special rules, where you can both sleep and yell songs. Never had a problem with free sun beds, despite the idiotic habit of some tourists to "reserve" a place with a towel and leave for the day.
The hotel has quite serious security measures. We were pleasantly surprised by the evening security patrols of the hotel.
The beach is very conveniently located. I don’t know why no one wrote that you can rent a mask and fins on the beach. There's also a scuba rental, if anyone needs it. It is very convenient that there are two places for swimming, namely: on the beach itself, with entry into the water from the shore, and swimming from the pontoon, traditional for Sharm, which, by the way, goes 70 meters into the sea. There are so many fish! That boats with tourists sometimes come to the hotel beach to dive! But this does not bother, because. the beach area is clearly limited by buoys.
Nutrition. This deserves a separate long story. We went on the "breakfast-dinner" system. I lost 5 kg in a week. If it were "all inclusive", then I would have to fly back by transport aviation - I would not fit into the passenger one. Breakfast, as in most hotels, buffet. I must say right away: there were fruits, apples, watermelons, oranges. Delicacies, up to honey in combs, a shaft.

Dinner. A separate pleasant story. There are 4 restaurants on site where you can dine. You are credited with a conditional loan of 240 pounds, with the HB food system, and for this amount you can overeat either in a Thai restaurant, they cook very tasty, or in a cool and beloved restaurant "SUK", (not to be confused with a female dog). This restaurant is made in the form of an old bazaar with shops that represent several cuisines. At the entrance you are given a bag of coins and you walk around the bazaar and choose your dishes. After a couple of evenings, we "got" unused coins for ourselves, because. there was no longer the strength, and on the last evening they ate king prawns. A couple of other restaurants are also very, very. . .
When you are on the beach, the waiter will surely come to you and bring you from cold beer to grilled fish with delivery to the sunbed. In general, you will not want to starve or eat outside the hotel for sure.
The negative point of the hotel is the almost complete absence of a Russian-speaking person. It was not a problem for us, we speak good English. But there are practically no Russians in the hotel. You are in a good European society. The hotel is not cheap.
Regarding excursions sold at the hotel. Extremely bad impression of the tour operator TURTESS. They are trying to "sell" excursions, frankly deceiving. For example, in an excursion with diving, a visit to the reserve, access to the island was promised. In fact, they stupidly swam away from the shore and dived and that's it. Guide Mukhamed, having sold us excursions, just giving change in a brazen way, left himself a $10 tip, which he declared on the forehead. In short, tune in to the fact that TURTESS will sell you completely different excursions that are written in the description. Plus, on both excursions, they arrived for us with a delay of 40 minutes. They were very dissatisfied with the work of the host. Not to mention the fact that the recommendations regarding the hotel Mukhamed gave absolutely wrong. For example, we asked the prices in the shops on the territory of the hotel are much higher than the prices in the city? Mohamed: yes, what are you! 5% maximum! Actually at least twice. True, we didn’t get much: we bought only mosquito repellent cream. O! by the way, take it with you, in the evenings they can bite if you dine in the open area. Then they looked in the city (by the way, twice a day a free bus to the city from the hotel), the prices in the hotel shops are 2-3 times higher.

Separately, it must be said about the hotel staff. If you come up and ask how to get there, then you will definitely be taken. And they will go with you as long as necessary. Everyone is very, very well trained, polite, tidy.
In short, HYATT and Africa Hyatt
Conclusions and recommendations: if you can afford it financially, then, of course, you need to go to Sharm either to Hyatt or to the Four Seasons. According to all local natives, including guides, the best is FOUR SEASONS, then HYATT REGENCY, and then all the rest. It's good to know English. Although I don't think it will be a problem.
Have a great holiday everyone!
