This is some kind of nightmare! The tour was chosen solely on the basis of the time of arrival and departure, which is why we stopped our eyes on this hotel. Plus, an American was flying with me, he preferred to rest in an American hotel. What was his disappointment when he saw that the Egyptian Hyatt has absolutely NOTHING to do with the world famous Hyatt hotel chain!

1. Let's start with how we were met. We arrived at the hotel at 22.30, we were accompanied by a guide, who assured us that we would be quickly accommodated and fed with dinner (we spent about 6 hours on the road plus waiting, we were very tired). As a result, they took our suitcases, we were told that the restaurant is closed from 22.00, we won’t be able to eat anywhere. They settled us pretty quickly, and so quickly that they even forgot to give bracelets (no way without them) and a hotel card (and it’s rather big! ). The fact that from 23.00 to 1.00 the SOUK restaurant is open on an all-inclusive basis, no one even mentioned a word to us, but we paid for the whole day of arrival, regardless of the late check-in.

Food. Absolutely monotonous. Nothing to do for breakfast. One guy, both on omelettes and on pancakes, does not have time, there is a huge queue for him, everyone is nervous, annoyed! What kind of vacation is this? ! The same picture is at lunches and dinners, only instead of omelettes - pasta. Be prepared that for your 1500 bucks you will be fed both in the canteen and with queues. Moreover, in this hotel, the all-inclusive system implies only one restaurant out of a huge number of those present on the territory. Only Fresco can be visited for free, the rest - for an additional fee. fee (large).

3. Free WI-FI was promised to us by the hotel before check-in. Later it turned out that out of the entire huge hotel there were only 2 places where he really worked - a room and a reception. You decide, for example, to spend the whole day on the beach or by the pool - you are cut off from the outside world, because neither the social network nor even the mobile catches it. Not in a spa, not in a sports club, not in restaurants, not in bars - nowhere else!!!
I rested in many hotels around the world, in Sharm for the third time, BUT I have never seen such nonsense anywhere else.

4. Sports. On its official website, the hotel proudly claims to have several free tennis courts, which is normal for a five. A paid service is only the rental of sports equipment. We came with our rackets and balls, as we play tennis regularly, we have everything of our own. To our surprise, we were billed for the court - from 7 to 10 dollars per hour, depending on the time of day. As an alternative, we were offered table tennis because it's free. ; ))) "It's almost the same thing, " the manager of the sports club explained to us, apparently trying to defuse the situation and our shock; )


5. Animation. I haven't seen this anywhere else. 3 Ukrainian girls and 1 Arab guy hang out all day in their own way on the beach and by the pool, and only a couple of times they dragged vacationers into the pool for aerobics and volleyball by force.
They did not create any drive, but walked alone, causing pity for vacationers.

6. Separate guide Anex Tour Ahmed. Bought tours for $400 from him. While shopping, he danced near us. One of the tours was a trip on the yacht Sina Hawk to the White Island. There, of course, photographer Karim was attached, who happily took pictures of us and then offered to buy these photos for $ 30. We agreed, although we were worried because we were leaving the next day. Worried not in vain! After receiving his 30 dollars, Karim promised that the flash drive would be delivered to the hotel reception in the evening. He delivered the flash drive, we took it away, immediately checked it on the laptop, it showed that the flash drive was empty. They immediately wrote to Karim - silence. We flew home, checked both Apple and Microsoft - nothing! We write again Karma - frost! Then we contact the hotel guide - he does not really show a desire to help. We don't even know what to do next.

This trip was very meaningful for us. We had an anniversary!
