Very long and very carefully I chose the hotel. I wrote to people on Instagram by geo-location))) I spent more than one night studying reviews.
I had three options:
- windless bay and beautiful reef;
- good service, proven hotel;
- normal and varied nutrition (because I have problems with the gastrointestinal tract and need a diet).
We found all this in Hyatt, or rather, now it is called Regency Park. 100% will be back for more!
Were from 10.12 to 17.12 - the weather is gorgeous!
I give this place a 9/10!
Not 10 just because it really hasn't been renovated for a long time and the number of rooms is old, but still everything was cozy and tidy. I knew why I was going to Egypt and to this hotel, and a fresh renovation, a new bedside table or an old one did not play any role for me. We had a terrace with access to the sea and a gorgeous view, warm sea with a beautiful reef and nothing more)

Sea: the reef is really one of the most beautiful in charm, lively, a lot of fish, yachts with tourists constantly sailed to our bay (but they did not interfere). There are 3 beaches and 2 pontoons, but there is also a normal sandy entry, there were many vacationers with children.
Service: the staff is friendly, everything is on the level, cleaning every day and of sufficient quality - no complaints. They didn’t pay extra for the room, they left a dollar for cleaning, but there were no swans))))) for that, there was always fresh linen and towels, a lot of shower gels)))
Wi-Fi in the room was excellent, and so weak (on the main beach, only viber pulls, but at 3 m... - even went live)))
Special thanks to the beach employee - Said. He played volleyball with us, helped to look for lost gold in the sea - and found it! He also gave his mask for free when we lost ours.
And about the food - it's great! Spacious restaurant, outdoor grill, my favorite beef, sushi, fish, pasta, desserts. And for those who are on a diet, there will be variety. Three times for the rest was a chic tuna. Seasonal fruits, strawberries) Everything was very tasty. The only place where the queue gathered was for coffee and tea. And coffee, by the way, was normal, which could not but rejoice at breakfast.
As for entertainment: I can’t give an exact assessment, we weren’t up to it))) until dark there was only the sea))) and so every evening there were some events, but we didn’t go to all of them. And on Sundays, a grandiose disco was held at the beach bar with very good music for every taste.
By the way, they serve normal alcohol there, my stomach took the Sunrise tequila very well))) beer lovers will also appreciate the offer there) but the wine is such a thing, I brought it with me.
Separately, I will say something that I myself did not pay attention to when studying the reviews. Bunch of mosquitoes! Even though they were poisoned every evening, there were still a lot of them. Take the fumigator to your room! (we asked our cleaner, thanks to him for that! ) Take mosquito repellent! In the evening I want to sit on the terrace, but mosquitoes bite kapets(
And everything is great!! !
