Unrealistically beautiful cascade area. The hotel is surrounded by greenery, a huge number of palm trees, flowers, shrubs. Every corner of the hotel pleases with its landscapes, from almost every point offers a gorgeous view of the sea. Again, this is a merit of the great work of the former owners and founders of the hotel, I really want the current management not to abandon and properly care for this beauty.
Sea and coral reef. This is what we basically went to this hotel for. Having been on many excursions, diving, I can say with confidence that this is the best reef I have ever seen. When immersed in water, you find yourself in a separate world, with a huge variety of inhabitants, living corals. The reef has many small lagoons, each with its own life. There is also a continuation of the reef and at great depths. I can say with confidence that you will not get tired of exploring this reef throughout your holiday, every day we saw something new - a huge moray eel, ordinary rays, eagle rays, huge tuna and Napoleon fish, as well as other inhabitants of the reef - clown fish, flounder, and a million other species. The colorful underwater world is a huge advantage of this hotel; other tourists are also often brought to the reef for snorkeling and diving. Another plus is a short pontoon and a sandy entry into the sea.

This is where the solid pluses of the hotel end. Having visited different hotels in Egypt, I can say that we were ready for the level of service typical for Egypt and did not expect anything supernatural. But this hotel still managed to shock and upset. Firstly, the attitude of the hotel staff towards guests from Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, etc. different from the attitude towards the Arabs. If you are standing in line at a bar, restaurant, you want to get yourself an ice cream and suddenly an Arab appears on the horizon, he will always be served out of turn without forgetting to have a nice chat while the rest are melting under the sun. When asked why this is happening, the staff says "fast line" which of course does not officially exist. Arabs are the first to be served in a restaurant, sun loungers are “reserved” for them, and once a beach rescue worker simply approached tourists from Russia and silently pulled towels off a sun lounger to give it to Arab guests. After the remark, he also yelled at them and left dissatisfied.
The main restaurant - the food is tasteless, many dishes are served cold, I can even say ice-cold - most likely they are prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Eating cold potatoes or meat is not very pleasant. Taking a free table is most often not a problem, but waiting for the waiter to remove it after previous visitors is simply unrealistic. It is also unrealistic to interrogate the appliances, you have to specifically walk around the restaurant in search of a waiter, and then remind yourself again. Waiting for the ordered drinks is also a problem, often they are brought after you have eaten and plan to leave. It is impossible to take it yourself, there is no separate bar and drinks are prepared in the staff rooms. But the main trouble of the restaurant is mosquitoes. While you eat, all your legs and arms are bitten, they even sit on your face. There are simply an unrealistic number of them, as in principle throughout the hotel, and no one does anything about it. Perhaps we got to a special time, but before that we had not encountered mosquitoes in any hotel and for us it was a shock. Separately, I want to mention the places where chefs serve food on their own - this is usually the grill area, meat from the oven, as well as the beach. Not only are there always queues - instead of pre-preparing the same fries or kebab card, the chefs slowly cook one or two skewers at the same time, while giving everyone two small pieces of meat, explaining this by the fact that there are a lot of people and there won’t be enough for everyone . A big grown man needs to humiliate himself and ask for a larger portion and still be rejected with a smirk on his face. This is really the bottom. If on the beach you want to take one plate of potatoes for two or a company, then be prepared that by the generous standards of the hotel you will not get more than a small portion of potatoes from Maca. And at the request to add more, they will add 3 more pieces to you. potatoes, . Very pleasant and hospitable service.
The bar on the beach is open from 10 to the beginning of sunset, alcohol from 11, that is, beer at 10.55 will not be given to you, and they will tell you to come in 5 minutes. For what purpose they made such a distribution is not clear, most likely to save money. The opening hours at the end of the day depend on your mood - if the sun no longer shines on the bar, it is considered sunset and alcoholic drinks may also stop serving, only juice and water.
The most interesting thing on the beach awaited us in the first days of rest - everyone knows that it is forbidden to swim in the Red Sea in the evening. But beach workers, when they need to quickly get home, can be driven out not only from the sea, but also from the beach. And it wasn't even dark yet. After the scandal, he no longer approached with such requests, and more people began to stay longer on the beach. So if anyone dreams of admiring the sea after sunset and enjoying the long-awaited evening coolness, be prepared for the fact that a beach worker will stand over your head and kick you out.

Animation. The animation in the hotel is minimal, there is standard entertainment, but for the animators their work is like torture, a sour expression, an attempt to "escape" from any activity as soon as there are enough people.
In general, if service, food is not important to you, and you only want to enjoy the underwater world and nature, you can go to this hotel. But if you have already been to other hotels, and still want to relax fully, without constantly closing your eyes to a bunch of nuances and cons, it is better to consider other options.
