УЖАСНО!!! TERRIBLE!!!

I never wrote reviews about hotels, but staying at the Island Garden Resort 4 * hotel is the most terrible place where you can go on your vacation. We bought a tour in Vladimir a couple of days before departure, we were looking for something more or less price-quality, when the tour operator said that this is a good hotel, many people go to it and are satisfied, we decided to take it, because the rating of 4.32 is an indicator, yes and the operator praises the tour itself, upon arrival they began to read reviews, of course they stumbled upon the bad, but we are not picky and I didn’t worry, because there are so many people and opinions, as they say, you can’t please everyone. We flew without delay, arrival at the hotel was at 8 pm (the hotel is across the road from the airport, but this fact did not cause any problems, it was quiet), so there were no problems with the check-in, but as soon as we entered the room, a wave of disappointment immediately, I understand that the hotel is not new and the furniture there is old, but everything is dirty, poor, in general, they went to the reception to change, we didn’t immediately, but they gave the keys to another room. Arriving there, the situation did not change in any way, one continuous unsanitary condition, going into the shower cabin, we stumbled upon someone else's hair on the gel dispenser (which was empty)), dirty floors, ceilings, tables in sticky spots, and all this is so disgusting and rushes into eyes that the mood immediately at zero. They asked to clean up, another disappointment, with one rag the cleaner began to wipe the ceiling in the bathroom and then only the place where they showed him, but it didn’t seem important to him to wash everything, then he wiped the sink and shower with the same rag. the cabin (on our instructions), and then he wiped the floor with the same rag, they wash the floors simply gorgeous, spraying water from a glass, rub the dirt with a thin rag without even rinsing it. Towels were not changed at all, and on the penultimate day, they replaced a sheet and another sheet, which was instead of a blanket, but the pillowcases were not touched. The food is specific and monotonous, almost the same every day, there were not big deviations in the menu, there are queues, but it’s not for long, that’s what really annoyed me was that there were always not enough spoons, then cups, then tureens. They didn’t drink alcohol, so there’s nothing to say, but people who took red wine said that it caused indigestion. A large area, but useless, as there is nothing but a lot of houses on it. We didn’t swim in the pool, but we saw how they cleaned it in the evening and poured bleach, there are two slides, but they work at a certain time, and not all day. The most positive thing about this hotel is the sea, it's just gorgeous, a small but decent beach, two pontoon entries, the pontoons are not big and as soon as you dive into the water (with masks) it's incredible beauty - corals, fish of all colors of the rainbow, big and small, very beautiful, you can walk for 7-10 minutes slowly or there is a free bus back and forth. The rating of this hotel raises a very big question, because the people with whom they communicated at the hotel were all shocked by such a nightmare!
