Вся правда об отеле! The whole truth about the hotel!

Let me start off by saying we were unlucky with the weather. The water was 17 degrees, so no one was swimming and at the same time the sun was spitting like we have in August.
Now about the hotel! This hotel is one of the Sunrise. Its territory is small and rather miserable. There is no heated pool there! One large pool with slides that worked only from 14 to 15 hours and then not every day. Now about nutrition. It is really good and varied, but the attitude of the staff leaves much to be desired! Russians and Ukrainians are second-class people and get everything according to the same principle. I had a case when I came to the dining room, left my things and one plate of food on the table and went for tea, and when I returned I didn’t find either a plate or my things, and the British were talking peacefully at my table! I was shocked and began to ask them where my things were, why they told me that the waiter had taken them somewhere!!! ! I began to run around the canteen and look for them and found them on another table at the exit and the trash bin !! ! After, I tracked down the waiter who did it. When I asked why? then he began to openly laugh at me and told me to relax! Later our guide sorted everything out and the waiter apologized to me, but you can imagine how I felt.....! The mood for a couple of days was spoiled! (In fact, the British came and there was no free good table, so he freed them the table occupied by me! ) So there is discrimination!
Hotel on the 2nd line across the road from the hotels on the 1st line. Hotel guests enjoy the beach at Sunrise Island View Hotel. It is quite small, although there were enough sunbeds for everyone. There is a good bar on the beach where you can have a good meal at lunchtime and not go back to your hotel. When my mother and I went there, they said that we can use the entire infrastructure of the Sunrise hotel chain, which turned out to be completely different! When I once decided to swim in the heated pool in Sunrise Island View, they pulled me out of there almost by force and told me that I couldn’t swim there, but only in the cold pool in my hotel! Again, it was very "pleasant! " By the way, our guide later confirmed this (he said that they were deceiving to buy tickets)! A bus goes to the beach that carries tourists, but we were always waiting for it (my mother is elderly, so it’s hard to walk far and hard). Usually they waited 10 minutes, but once they waited 45 minutes from the beach!!! ! Although these are trifles, they are also not pleasant!

On the territory of the hotel there are 2 restaurants (Italian and some other) in which you can dine 1 time during the entire stay by appointment. We were in Italian. The dishes are great! I liked it very much!
Now about the numbers. Since we arrived at the sea, we didn’t find fault with the room. What gave in this and settled. Nice room, clean but small! The room is 12-13 square meters, and the toilet in general....If you sit on the toilet, then you rest your head on the door and you can’t open it anymore, since it opens inside : ))... But these are also trifles! Worse, the planes are constantly taking off and landing, day and night, and it seems that you live on the runway. Although you get used to it with time! By the end of the holiday, I even woke up from the silence!
In general, the main thing is to be optimistic and tune in to the best! If you have already bought a tour to this hotel, then go and do not think about anything! If you are still thinking, then think again..... Only so that there are no illusions! This is not a 5 and a stretch of 4! Think. . .
