We arrived at the hotel on 27.11 somewhere at 15-30. As a standard, I put $ 20 in my passport, before it always helped to get a good number (the third time in Egypt, plus twice in Turkey). The porter took us to the room, with the words "Autumn is a good room, " he led us to some barn on the first floor near the road and a public toilet, and began to demand 5 bucks for a good room. Kind of like a pool view. I have never written openly negative reviews before, but I will not be silent about this horror. It's good that the rooms have not been repaired since the moment of construction (according to the Russian-speaking staff for more than 8 years), but they have not really been cleaned all this time. The ceiling in the bathroom is a masterpiece, originally white plastic turned gray, flakes of dirt hang on it. The tile is splattered, covered in spots, mold in places. In the room, the tile on the floor seems to have been initially rubbed with light grout, but it has become dark gray from dirt, the TV is spattered with incomprehensible stains. The curtains had not been washed for a very long time, it looked like someone had blown their nose in them. The bed is covered with grayish linens, there are several holes on it, and blue blankets with stains also lie. There are also stains on the pillows. Darkness. The entrance doors are made of shabby chipboard, unevenly painted with green paint. The furniture is old and partly broken. We go to the reception and demand relocation. They give a room overlooking the restaurant, in the trailer everything is the same as the first one, but there is no road, toilet and a little quieter. We understand that it is pointless to change further (later we talked with people who changed the number 7 times, they didn’t find it better). The wife first wiped the furniture, TV, tiles with a towel, it turned from white to dark gray. The food at the hotel is average, you will not stay hungry, but there is not much choice, but oh well, this is Egypt. Animation at the amateur level, sometimes interesting, sometimes boring. There was a cool dancer, spinning with skirts and a sombrero-type hat, interesting. They wanted to move to the first line, which is visually much better, they demanded an additional payment of $ 75 per day. We were ready, but godfathers were supposed to come to us, and we decided to wait for them. In general, we stayed in this "hotel". Upon arrival, the godfathers were already smarter, they didn’t give money until they showed the number, they chose the best of the worst, they gave 20 c. u. e. (in a different way they settled near the fence). From a la carte you can go to the grill by the pool, it makes no sense to go to Italian, it's tasteless. Beer on the beach is given with coupons - 2 glasses a day, you can remove the bracelet (it stretches normally) and take it without coupons, but the glasses are not washed well, they smell like fish. We bought a pack of beer in Soho duty free, and drank it. We went for a walk in Concord sport, it is near desalted (the smell from the stables can be heard near the technical buildings of Sunrise). Our godfathers used to rest there, also the second line, even closer to the airport, but this hotel is very different from Sunrise. Everything is well-groomed, green, beautiful, thoughtful. The hotel is good and costs only a couple of hundred dollars more, so we felt like real suckers. Chose a hotel for the rest, damn it. I don't understand how you can write positive reviews for this horror? Maybe out of principle I got it, let others get it too. . All in all, I would not recommend this hotel at all. And finally, once again about cleaning, the wife dropped a date under the table in the room on the first day, he safely lay on the floor until departure, although he was perfectly visible. The godfathers left 1 dollar, so the bed was made for them, but the garbage was not taken out. The floor during our stay was washed only in the corridor, the rooms were not washed. These are the cleaners.
