I must say right away that the hotel can and should be considered for relaxation! We had to put up with the small cons and see the merits.
We settled quickly, the staff at the reception is well-trained, polite, courteous, ready to solve any of your problems (they found us a cord from a personal electrical appliance that we forgot at home). We had the simplest room category, on the spot we paid extra for a discounted room category upgrade, asked for the best one available, with a good cleaner. We were given a room with a living room overlooking the sea. For the first time for holidays in Egypt, we did not change the number!
The room is average, the bed is comfortable, the playpen is good, the bathroom is all working, but old. We knew that it would be so and did not get upset)

The food at the hotel is good, well-prepared, especially dishes from the chef in the second hall of the main restaurant. Delicious fruits. Children's food is not very much, I would take food from home. A la carte food is good, according to the chosen theme (fish - there were crabs, mussels - delicious, oriental, Italian), and if you fork out for a tip, you will know real Egyptian hospitality, try it) Drinks we drank water, beer, wine is not good, pick up from home or duty in the first 48 hours in Soho.
Animation guys are great, they are trying very hard.
Masseurs - you can skip, spa - did not like it.
The reef is great! Both pontoons have been renovated. A baby of 2 g was bathed near the shore, in the morning the tides and decently enough children can swim.
Every evening we walked on Soho, we really love the singing fountain, starting at 21:00. Opposite the fountain there is a separate stall with ice cream for $ 1 very tasty, and opposite the Pistachio cafe - oriental coffee is very tasty $ 1, we asked without cardamom.
In general, we really enjoyed our holiday.
I put 6, as this is an objective assessment of the hotel. But we really enjoyed staying there.
