This is not our first hotel in charm, there is something to compare. We were both more expensive and in completely budgetary ones.
These are not 5 stars, even for Egypt it is 4 with a huge stretch. But we went to the sea and for the positive, so we tried to look for pluses. The most important is the reef. The beautiful, lively, with many fish. Halling from the pontoon, there is enough space for swimming. From the shore you can splash children. Sand, so coal is not required. Here, sunbeds are trouble. Not only are they mostly broken and depressed, so they are catastrophically lacking. For us, however, this was not a problem- we came for a couple of hours before breakfast. At this time, there were almost no people.
Rooms- to put it mildly, tired. Everything hangs out, creaks, the doors do not open, the tiles are cracked, the bathroom is generally a separate conversation ...In some rooms there is no hot water.

We had relatively whole, with hot water (though the crane leaked and the handle fell off), with a balcony with a view of the construction, but in the evening there was silence
Cleaning is also so -so, but the cleaners always smile and the swan will be twisted, and as you are, they will ask. Both linen and white towels.
WiFi is only at the reception and weak.
Food- like everywhere, without frills, but you will not stay hungry. True, the queues are everywhere, especially behind the grill, and with places strained. The waiters are trying, but not everyone has time. After all, it is necessary to find a place for people and hurry the dinners so that they do not take offense.
There are 3 restaurants a la carte. Record for the evening on the same day. Decent enough.
The territory is very beautiful, well -groomed. The location is gorgeous, literally in a couple of steps a number of small shops and the park Soho. I categorically do not advise the pharmacy opposite the hotel - too expensive (in Soho is much cheaper). But you can look into the supermarket.
By the way, there are three shops in the hotel, it makes sense to go in and really bargain.
I couldn’t say anything about the animation- there was no desire. But the children's corner is very nice and water slides too.
Despite all the disadvantages, I especially want to note the staff. The guys are friendly, smiling, positive.
I would like to wish the hotel to correct the shortcomings, because the guys try. True, we will not go here the second time.
