We returned from the hotel 4 days ago, I also want to leave a couple of comments. Since this is not the first trip to Sharm El Sheikh, it is already possible to compare both the hotel and its location.
I'll start right from the moment of check-in - there were no problems, they settled quite quickly, based on previous check-in experiences, and in order to avoid a long choice and viewing of rooms, they immediately put 10 dollars for two in the passport. The room turned out to be quite good, spacious, although it was a corner room, but you could see the sea and in the distance about. Tyrant. The location of the rooms in the hotel is such that some of the rooms overlook the hotel courtyard (views of the pool and the sea), and some of the rooms overlook the construction site (the area near Sol Sharma is not yet densely built up, obviously in 2-3 years there will be hotels around 2 times more).
The hotel itself is 6-7 km. from the airport, in the Nabq area, but the planes, oddly enough, did not strain, but they were both heard and seen, but you notice them literally for 1 day, then you absolutely do not pay attention to it. There are no complaints about the hotel itself, a really good 4 *-ka: a fairly large territory of the hotel, well-groomed, green, good food (before that it was also in 4 * - then the food was noticeably worse), especially since (I don’t know of course how anyone) , but it seems to me that at home we still do not consume this amount of food. Yes, of course, even in a week it gets a little boring, but nevertheless everything was delicious. Cheerful animators will not let you get bored, during the day they will take your time with dancing and aerobics, both on the beach and by the main pool. The staff is friendly, the rooms are cleaned every day, no complaints. 2 times we left a small tip to the cleaner - we are not sorry, but the person was pleased : ), then he constantly asked if everything was ok, if there were any complaints about the room.

Now a little about what you should know before choosing this hotel. As I already said, the hotel is located in the Nabq area, this area is quite remote from the center and the old city, which is also famous for its open area (this is not a bay), which means quite strong winds and currents in the sea. And if during our trip (end of March) the winds were strong (out of 7 days - 4 there was a fairly strong wind, then in January-February the wind is also reinforced by sandstorms. The old town and Naama Bay are 20-25 km, respectively, due to such a remoteness, the hotel shuttle bus is also paid 3-4 dollars per person there and back. we warned you that you will have to pay the cost anyway. An alternative option is a taxi. The hotel has a taxi call service, but you will be surprised to say the least by the hotel prices : ), so either go outside the hotel and catch a regular taxi (they really aren’t there as much as in the old city), or right there in the hotel there is a guy Walid who will organize a taxi for you much cheaper than from the hotel, and you will be taken to the right place and picked up from where you need to at the right time. Estimated cost of a trip, for example, to the Old City (round trip) 16-20 USD. and then bargain! In one direction, respectively, 8-10 dollars.
Summarizing the comments, I can say the following: the hotel is quite good, cheerful, comfortable, for us personally it turned out to be "-" only its remoteness from the center and the constant wind. Remoteness entails certain material costs for travel (you don’t always want to sit on the territory of the hotel), and the wind often prevents you from being comfortable at sea. Therefore, if you are not embarrassed by these 2 factors and you have enough time spent on the territory of the hotel itself (that is, there is also a hookah bar, disco, animation), then you will not regret choosing this hotel.
P. S. And a couple of words for the sake of warning: an unpleasant incident occurred with one couple from our race. When checking out and renting rooms, the administrator, of course, checks to see if there are any debts behind your room (because some paid services: for example, calling food to the room, fresh juices, ice cream, etc. , are paid. You can either pay them immediately or write the amount down on room and pay on departure). So this couple used the services of a hotel doctor - not for insurance, but so - as a result, measuring pressure and temperature cost people 100 euros. Either they didn’t hear the guide’s warnings that in case of illness it is necessary to call a cancer specialist on insurance, or something else - in a oh, such a fact. What does all this have to do with it quite seriously - they were simply not allowed out of the hotel until they agreed, it seems, for 50 USD. So what about the use of medical services - be vigilant, and not only in this hotel. Medical services in Egypt are expensive.
And the rest - a good rest and only pleasant impressions!
