Every day, an uncle like the head of the cleaners asked if everything was in order - he could complain about everything that did not suit, in principle, in the hotel. Complaints reached the right ears.
But in addition to everything, there were incidents - a lizard (salamander) ran into me, I am very afraid of them, everyone rushed to my aid, turned the whole room over, found it and threw it away. After 30 minutes the room was in perfect order.
Animation Entertainment: unobtrusively, but there was aerobics, water aerobics, belly dancing, animation in the evening and a disco, we had enough.
The hotel pools are clean, they were cleaned every evening, the water in all pools is clean, clear, warm. At 8 in the morning you can safely dive and it will not be cold.
The beer is good. I do not recommend cocktails with ice, there is a chance to sit in the room in the evening, running to the toilet. I wasn't the only one there.
The staff is normal unobtrusive, if the phrase "I'll call the receptionist" goes too far, it settles at once.
