The Sol Y Maar Naama Bay hotel deserves only the best praise and admiration!
I'll start with the cons, since there are few of them. Reception is the worst place for me. I tried to rarely contact them, if my husband talked to them. They either pretend or do not understand the Russian language, and as a result, the conversation did not really go well. We arrived at the hotel at one in the morning, the hall was empty, and despite this, the check-in was waiting for about an hour. When asked why, there was no clear answer.
They settled us in room 3623 on the first floor to the right of the pool. In the comments, people wrote not to agree in any case to the first floor, but it was night and I wanted to go to bed already, and not sort things out. Oh, and even before the room, the ‘doorman’ saw him off, it became clear that he wanted money when they came into the room, well, they gave him 1 dollar purely out of courtesy, so he also began to resent, they say, you need to give 2 dollars. The room is not big: a room and a bathroom.

In the room there is a bed (large and comfortable), a TV (Arabic channels and one Russian channel - the first channel, it was a great torment for us personally to watch this channel), two built-in wardrobes, air conditioning (ancient, hanging on the ceiling and noisy), wardrobe, bedside tables. In short, everything looks simple, but nevertheless does not look shabby. Bathroom: shower with curtain, hot water, boiler (by the way, periodically whistled, interfered with sleep, the animators on the beach said that this is such a problem in many rooms, they can’t fix it).
Room cleaning. I read again in the comments they say they don’t remove anything, they left a dollar, they just did that they twisted a swan from a towel. We never left money, and thus, without changing, we cleaned every day, left some water, changed paper, washed the floor, made the bed. And yes, again about the comments, there are no soap and soap products in the room, but I never count on them, I always take everything with me.
But, in the bathroom there is a liquid soap dispenser and a shower gel dispenser. In the comments, again, people write that there is nothing at all in the bathroom. If someone wants a face cream and a hair mask - go to Rixos for 2500 bucks a week for two.

If you discard everything, then the only drawback of the hotel is only the beaches, both are located on the 2nd line and beyond. The hotel has two beaches: One beach (on foot about 10 minutes), the hotel shares it with the Delta Sharm hotel, there is no beach area as such: stupidly, almost under the sea, wooden sunbeds stacked next to each other. Another beach, there is a transfer, a schedule at the reception. But when we arrived, we immediately saw that it was within easy reach from it to the first beach, it’s worth walking along the beach line for about 800 m. This beach has newer sun loungers and mattresses, a small area and a cozy, gentle entrance, coral, like on that beach, is not alive , there are fish and it seemed to me that there is where to turn around on this beach.
) Both beaches have toilets and fresh showers. On the second beach I liked it more)

The territory, as for me, is large, well, very well-groomed, the staff constantly cleans something, waters, washes, rubs, as soon as a leaf falls into the pool, they immediately come running to clean it. Concept??? ? The hotel and its territory are made in white colors, greenery and flowers are everywhere.

Poolside beach and bar. The pool is divided into a children's section of 50 m and an adult section of about 2 m, heated. The bar is open all day: beer, various cocktails, alcohol, ice cream - everything is there. By the way, drinks are given in large plastic glasses. The bartender Ahmed made us with straws and fruit (which was a pleasant surprise, there were many times in the top five - they were poured exclusively into plastic)

Kitchen and restaurant. Oh, this is a completely finished story??????????????????? ? . The staff is polite, always smiling, greets you, asks how you are, wish you bon appetit, dressed in a beautiful uniform, white shirts are ironed.
At the end of the rest, I already felt sorry for these waiters, well, kindly, for their work, they flew like bees in a restaurant. Not a crumb on the floor, an empty plate on your table won't last long, etc.
Food. Earlier, before arriving, I read comments, they say there are no lobsters on the grill ??? ? , foie gras, flambe), constantly scrambled eggs in the morning. So, dear, go with such requests to Rixos, Savoy or Hilton, this hotel breaks many fives of Egypt and Turkey, where I happened to be. The food is delicious, and when you watch how the chefs go out to the restaurant and anxiously look at and adjust the shelves with food, look at you, ask if everything is delicious, then there is no doubt that these people can cook like this “if only it were. ” Awesome mashed soups, delicious meat, fish, salads, fresh vegetables, desserts, well, a lot of everything, I haven’t tried everything, because I won’t eat so much). And of course everything comes from us vacationers!
No need to litter, arrange three hundred plates of food, and then leave. Believe me, there is enough food for everyone. We came half an hour before the end of the meal and everything was still carried out if it was over!

In general, we really enjoyed our holiday. I am sure that if you come here in the season, it will not be so good)
I want to express my gratitude to all the staff of the hotel, the kitchen workers, I say hello, and express my gratitude for their work and delicious food. Animation - we hardly worked with them, but the guys are all great: cheerful, friendly). I wish prosperity to the hotel and grateful customers.
