Only yesterday I was in this hotel and now, upon returning home, I hasten to write my opinion. Please, those who choose this hotel, read to the end.
I'll start with the cons, because I myself re-read the reviews and tried to find exactly them.
1. Settlement. If you have a night flight, God forbid, and you arrive earlier than the check-in time, then you will not be settled under any circumstances. Whether the child has a full diaper or you have money - no one cares at the reception. Moreover, they pretend that they do not understand Russian, thereby minimizing dialogue and shirking solutions to your problems. And it's not that they don't have places, the hotel isn't 100% full, they just don't want to feed you, but more on that later. . .
2. Numbers. Old rooms with wooden shutters and huge gaps, cold and dark)) And this is me describing the third floor! Don't even try to take the first one, it's damp there. The shower is small, petite girls will be fine, but there will be no way for an adult man or full people to turn around. Room filling: TV with 15 channels and only one of them is Russian. The minibar is empty and breaks periodically. Air conditioning only in the cold, a battery-powered safe that pops out of the grooves))) In general, do not expect comfort. It’s really normal to sleep, it’s not cold, but I don’t want to get out from under the covers.
3. Cleaning. Fine. Walked on surfaces every day. Thoroughly did not clean, even with a tip, even without.
4. Food. Delicious, really. The cook is well done, there are no complaints about the food. BUT WARNING. If you check in early, you will not be served breakfast. They will specially wait for at least its completion and only then will they offer you a room. It's embarrassing, it's not human!! ! The hotel guests ordered juice and coffee for us, we managed to drink the juice, and the coffee was prepared, as soon as these people left, the bartenders took the coffee back. That is, they would rather pour it than give it to you!! ! On the day of check-out at 12:00, the bracelets are cut off from you, and here again the SURPRISE lunch is scheduled at 12:30 - i. e. you miss again!! ! I'm just shocked, I'm silent about the lunch boxes that every hotel I've been to shoved you unconditionally, even if you just ate. We managed to dine by deceit, at the expense of the guests who brought us food to the terrace, thank you very much. But the feeling that we are yard dogs did not leave us) This is humiliating. The only thing I can say is that the waiters knew that we did not have bracelets and did not show it. Reception - simply tattered goats. Such people have no place in the hotel and restaurant business.
5. Territory. It's really beautiful, the hotel is compact, but everywhere is very nice. One heated pool is too small, if a team is going to play water polo, then the rest is better to leave the pool. There are a lot of sunbeds, but as usual, people leave towels and do not come to the pool. The staff does not pay attention to this, and as a result, somewhere there are empty sunbeds with towels, and somewhere vacationers occupy one sunbed for two.
6. Bar. The bar is run by a lovely man named Honey. This is a professional in his field, who works in the best hotels in Italy during the season. Until April, he will be there - and this is a great gift to this hotel. Aladdin is the second bartender, arrogant and boorish. Ahmed is a nice guy, but offers hashish to the guests. Very cute.
7. Beach. There isn't much room, but that's okay. There is no bar on the beach, i. e. there is nowhere to even get water or juice. If you suddenly still want to go to this hotel, then bring drinks to the beach with you. There are corals, but they are not alive, there are really a lot of fish, neighboring beaches do not even have this. Living corals are far from the shore, to view them, be sure to take face masks and go. Yes, it will be beautiful there) I don’t know exactly why, but after lunch a wild wind rose and it was very cold even to lie in the sun (I’m not talking about shade). At 7-9 am the best weather was. Last year I was in another bay (sharks) and this was not observed even close, so think about it, this is not a windless bay, I think!
8. Animation, if anyone is interested - well, there is none) There are a couple of merry fellows, but this is not entertainment, the hotel is calm. Basically, that's what I wanted.
THAT'S why I'm surprised by so many good reviews! This is just my opinion, but this is not the place where you get comfort and care. I would be ashamed to recommend this hotel to friends!! ! Only your money is interesting here, for which they give you a minuscule amount of everything. Only three things pleased me here - the warm sea, delicious food and a bartender in the lobby.
