The room is decent. Everything was correct. There was no hot water - they asked - the master came, twisted it somewhere - water appeared. The shower stall is narrow about 55*55.
Room cleaning is superficial. The janitor cleaned the aisles, folded up the towels and put down a bottle of water. Under the bed it was very dirty and dusty, there were hair invisible for the hair of the previous tenants.

On the second day, cleaning had to be abandoned for safety reasons.
Because on the second day of rest, hastily getting ready for a morning sightseeing tour of the city, they forgot to put on WEDDING RINGS. The RINGS remained in the inside pocket of the suitcase. In the afternoon they returned - the RINGS were not found.
We turned to the reception - it turned out that there were officially 2 people in the room: a cleaner and a person who checks the quality of cleaning.
The manager offered to help in the search, we agreed. 4 people entered the room. In front of us, everything was redone, but the RINGS were not found. That was the end of the hotel's help. Guides tour operator TUI were in no hurry to come. Ehab - the hotel representative of TUI - in general, immediately froze. From the moment of the call, another representative appeared after 3 hours. With him we went to the "tourist police". They spent several hours there, drew up a protocol. So, the time from 14.30 to 20.45 was taken for everything about everything.
Hotel guides deliberately delay the time so that they do not contact the police once again, arguing that you will not achieve anything early, you will only lose time, which we have a few days.
I think if there are complaints to the police, sooner or later the hotel will be taken care of.
Of course, we are to blame for forgetting the rings and not closing the suitcase. But in the hotel, it turns out, they search things, suitcases. It's disgusting and sad. And the management skips this, perhaps also in the share.
The fact that we were on excursions was known at the reception. Those. it's a 100% guarantee that we'll only be back at a certain time, which gives the "people with the keys" time to really go through the search process.
The police advised DO NOT USE the safe! Carry valuables with you or hand them over to the reception for an inventory. So I went through the remaining 5 days with phones, a camera and money in my backpack.

Came to the reception to find out what and how. Then, with the hotel workers, she returned to the room - they open the safe - and the phone was inside. This is how MIRACLES happen.
If you forget the code to the safe, they can open it with a mechanical key in front of you. It's not a fact that they don't trade like that outside of your presence.

The chef was present in the hall at lunch and in the evening.
For breakfast - the cook fried an omelette. There were dried fruits: figs, dried apricots, raisins, dates. Yoghurts.
Lunch/dinner was chicken, beef, fish. Several types of rice, potatoes, pasta. There were also 2 kinds of soup. Periodically there were squids. Various vegetables, raw and stewed.
Cakes are delicious, great selection.
Fruits / berries: - there were dates, cut apples, oranges. Melon was almost every day. The watermelon was about a day later.
Beach - one name. Wooden sun loungers, some broken.
The sun loungers are in tight rows. There are aisles between the rows, but between the sun loungers, as lucky, it may not be. (see photo)

There is a second beach, which carries a bus. I myself was not there.
But there were cases when the bus did not arrive, or the tourists missed it.
