I spent 10 days with my boyfriend in this hotel! The hotel pulls on a bad 4*.
They have 5 * stars because of the large territory, we already found out later, because the tour agency told us this is one of the best hotels out of 5 *
Wi-fi is paid, and even at the reception is bad, you immediately need to buy internet.
Cozy rooms, and good cleaning, but in order to clean well, you need to say what you need to do, for example, change the same bed. Sometimes we left $ 1, cleaned better.
It’s very bad that they can check in at the end of the hotel territory and to the restaurant, to the reception, and to the sea for 15 minutes in the heat, as we were told that you can negotiate with them for $ 15-20, so that the room would be closer and more luxurious, this is not true. They have $ 20 per day, so that the room would be the same, only closer to the reception, but what's the point of paying that kind of money, because already paid for everything is not a small amount.

The service is disgusting, no one can help in anything, and the Russian majority does not understand and does not want to understand.
The territory is beautiful, there are many pools, but there is only one Bar and it is not convenient if you are settled at the end of the hotel and you have your own pool there, but you need to go to the bar through the entire territory, and you won’t want anything until you return back with a drink in a small plastic cup, it's horrible
At the bar, the staff is terrible too, you need to ask, ask until they finally hear you.
There is no bar on the sea at all, everything is paid!
The worst thing about this hotel is the food, to say badly, it's better not to say anything, you want to cry! I am surprised at people who write that everything is delicious and everyone liked it!

there was no fruit, every day apples and oranges are simply cut and for some reason filled with water, it's disgusting to eat. Sometimes there were bananas.
Cheeses, sausages, sausages - this will not eat a cat and a dog, the cheapest thing there is, it doesn’t even smell like sausage (
Sauces, jams for an amateur, are specific, although we did not try anything because they are not even signed and it is not clear what it is.
When people write it was chicken, the riba is very tasty, I'm shocked, because the fish was just fried fish tails every day, it's terrible
the chicken was every day, but it was constantly filled with sauce, the taste was very sugary, a couple of times the chicken was dried on the grill to a black crust. There was always beans, pasta, rice, potatoes
all side dishes are also filled with their sauce, which spoils the taste of elemental potatoes.
there were also soups, one water, sauce and onions.
Once there was a good soup with some kind of cereal and vegetables.
There are a lot of pastries, but also not tasty, everything on the biscuit is dry, only it looks appetizing.

Snacks at the bar, and between lunch and dinner there is nothing.
no burgers, pizza, french fries, etc. as it should be in 5 * this is not here ((((
The booze is terrible, everything is diluted and of poor quality, I advise you to buy everything with you.
In the evening, besides walking around the territory, there is nothing more to do, swimming in the pool and in the sea is possible only until 18.00.
from 21.00 there were different shows, but we didn’t really like it, we only went a few times.
Who is a fan of smoking hookah, I immediately say it’s better not to even take it
costs 5-6 $, smoking is impossible not to stretch, tobacco is terrible and coals too. It's not even worth spending money.
The sea in Egypt is gorgeous to say nothing, the fish swim, the water is clean, transparent, just a fairy tale. Were on excursions on a yacht + diving, I advise beauty - corals, super fish. !
Everything is cool, the sea, the heat, palm trees, beauty. Only I don’t advise this hotel, and we will never return to it, choose another one and read the reviews of real people, what they say in the tour agencies to sell them anyway. ! ))))
