Let me start by saying that this is my fourth all inclusive holiday. The first three in hotels in Turkey, this is the first time in Egypt. If you are flying to Egypt for the first time, then okay, no matter how interesting it is to look at the Red Sea and it’s generally cool to travel to new countries, but I liked Turkey much more. In Egypt, there is no service at all, this is not only my opinion, but the opinion of my friends who flew last year, and parents who have just returned from Egypt. I’ll tell you everything in more detail: we arrived at night after 12, settled somewhere for about 40 minutes, it’s not clear why, well, they gave us a bag of food, they didn’t tell us anything at all, where we should go for breakfast in the morning, and from what time it was, in general nothing at all, and they took us to our room on a golf cart, we lived in villas, these are the most distant houses, number 80 (**), I don’t remember exactly, but we liked our accommodation, since it is far from the main pool, where always 80% of people vacationing in the hotel, and always noise, near our villas immediately the second largest swimming pool with a bar in the hotel, so we spent almost all the time there and rested, we never went to the main pool. Yes, it was far to the reception and to the sea. But there is such a trick (no one tells you about it at all, the cleaner told us and then we just asked him how much it would cost to rent a golf cart, and he started laughing and said that this service is free for us, you just need to call from the phone in the room and call the golf car for what time you need and how many times you want), but there are always BUT. At first, they came immediately on a call, and then they started to freeze, then there was no car, then a little later, then right at that second, when we called, we had to go out and all that, and when we returned from breakfast / lunch / dinner (this is all in the main dining room near the reception), we were often denied a golf cart, although it was free on the street. In general, the service here is all that, at the reception almost no one understands Russian, we spoke English with almost everyone, because they didn’t understand us, well, maybe of course they just didn’t want to, I don’t rule it out)
As I wrote above that we lived very far from the reception, well, it took 7-8 minutes to go to our villas, we had such a situation: we were refused a golf cart, we decided to go on foot, it was evening, it was not hot, then still normal, we come to the villa, open it, but the card does not work, go to the security guard, dialed at the reception that we have such a problem, we can’t go into the room, they say we don’t understand anything, go to the reception, instead of just send an employee to the fake, who will open our door for us, and we are again at the reception, we come up, he immediately gives us a card from the room, I lead to the fact that he immediately understood what the problem is with us, but made us wind this fun way again and come pick up the card. The bartenders are all normal, good, completely liked. There are a lot of drinks, there is something to drink, after 12 bars on the territory of the hotel do not work. We also liked our cleaner in the villas, he was good, he told us a lot, what they didn’t tell us at the reception, we left him dollars, he cleaned very well, every day. The rooms in the villas are very beautiful, it can be seen that 5 *, tea, coffee (sachets) were brought by the cleaner every day, a kettle, an iron, everything was shorter than what was needed.
The hotel area is very huge, I read reviews that it was huge, but I had no idea that it was so much, it seems to me already too much. Very beautiful territory, there are several pools, but the coolest is the main one with a bar, and that near the villas (also with a bar). But I really did not like the fact that 80% of vacationers are Arabs. All of them with children, and with very rabid children, they always yell, run around in the dining room, at the reception, climb under your feet, in general, tin. Very often there is no place to sit in the dining room, the tables are slowly cleaned, and after the Arabs, 5 people are needed to properly clean the table, because they are gaining as if from hunger. Devices always need to go looking for things like that. But the food was delicious, there was a lot of everything.

The sea from the reception is not too far, 5 minutes and there already, the beach is good, the water too.
In general, this was my first and last vacation in Egypt.
For the hotel and the territory, you can safely put 5
For service - 2. (I compare this with Turkey, where everyone treats you with respect, but here everyone walks around with disgruntled faces, as if you owe them something)
You always need to ask them 2-3 times to do it, they do nothing the first time.
But I remove bartenders from this list, they can be given 4
Food (I liked everything, there was no seafood, but that's it)
In general, it cannot be said that we did not like it, everything was generally good, but for some reason some hotel workers really spoiled the overall picture of the hotel.
Oh, I also forgot to tell the most important disappointment: they are evicted at exactly 12, however, as in all hotels, BUT they immediately cut off the bracelet and this time you can’t have lunch or dinner or even simply drink some water for free, despite the fact that our flight is at 23:30, that is, from 12 to 20:00 (at this time we are taken to the airport) you are already nobody in this hotel, when we asked about lunch, at the reception he wrote us a card on which it was written something like lunch for two for free, when we asked him if this card could be used better for dinner, before leaving to eat, we were told that we can only go for lunch and that’s it, beer at the bar is 3 bucks, a glass of ordinary water is one dollar, tea is a dollar or two, I don’t remember , well, in a word, ill-conceived and disrespectful in general, in Turkey they always leave a bracelet, no one rips it off you, and you can go eat and drink at the bar until the transfer picks you up, but I heard that this is such a system in Egypt, but it's actually very harsh on people.
