We rested in Egypt for the first time, I was with my husband and two children (6 and 3 years old). We are generally not picky, but I would like to get a much better service than in this hotel for that kind of money. And now more cons first:
1. Settled in a room for two and also insanely smoky. By the way smoke in the hotel everywhere, even in the foyer at the reception and hotel guests and staff. After a complaint, we were reluctantly moved again to a two-bed room. On the 3rd day when we arrived, they delivered another act to us! bed.
2. Service: the staff does everything reluctantly, if you do not give $ 1 you will beg for everything (drinks, clean towels, etc. ) and wait a very long time.
3. There is no animation for children: there is a room for children, but it was never opened during the whole holiday. There is a girl Vika who dances with children from 20.30 to 21.00 (but very boring and reluctant).

4. There is mold in the bathrooms in the rooms and everything is leaking. This has been talked about many times, but the staff pretends that they do not understand Russian.
5. Alcoholic drinks that are included in the all-inclusive system (wine, beer, rum, vodka, gin, local whiskey) are sold at the bars and restaurants of the hotel.
6. The food is average and very spicy. So it will not be possible to feed a child in this hotel.
7. Of the 7 pools, only one has a bar. And the water in all is colder than in the sea.
8. For lovers of beer on the beach, a big minus, since the beach belongs to another hotel, all the bars on the beach are paid.
And now the pros:
1. Large sandy beach, which is located on the territory of another hotel, but guests of the Sharm Dreams hotel are allowed without question. Here, the service is different (friendly staff, terntorich is guarded).
2. The Red Sea, it's just super. It overshadows all the cons of the hotel. The entrance to the water from the beach, for tourists with children is just a paradise. A little deeper near the buoys, a stunning caral reef begins. You can enjoy endlessly.
