Worse than the hotel did not meet even at home. We arrived in the evening and settled almost immediately in the room, which is far from the reception and very dirty. When asked to change the room, they said that there were no other rooms, come back tomorrow. They even gave dollars, but maybe not enough, I don’t know. We walked around the hotel, the area is green, but the silence and no one. But the rooms are all taken! But the biggest surprise awaited us in the evening. When before going to bed, my mother and I sat on the sofa and bugs crawled out to us !! ! We packed our things and went to the reception, showed a photo, no one even apologized to us, they just grinned and gave another room, just as dirty and far away. Shelves and cabinets are broken. They showed the workers a photo with bedbugs and they began to look at the bed and the seams in it. Apparently this is not the first complaint. There were no bed bugs, but there were ants. Dust, even draw with your finger. Okay, we've spent the night. They didn't want to give money anymore. We called our travel agency and she filed a formal complaint. Thanks to our tour operator, they reacted quickly and by lunchtime we were already moved to a room closer to the reception and cleaner. Move on. No animation. Every day belly dance for half an hour in the evening and a disco. There is only one bar open 24/7. The other two, who work on the street at certain hours. “It’s closed there, you can’t go there, but there is a zone on the veranda, in general, only for managers. ” At the bar, the bartender poured a non-alcoholic cocktail several times, although she asked for an alcoholic one. Russian language is almost not understood, even at the reception. Or they pretend. In the dining room, monotonous food, the staff exposes cakes with their bare hands!
Of the pluses, I liked the green area and fresh juices for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.
