Overall feeling - SATISFIED 4 out of 5.
--- ARRIVAL AND TRANSFER --- PLUS +++++ - pick up from the airport by bus. The distance to the hotel is 10 km, but there may be stops at other hotels along the way. The organization of the process is good.
--- RECEPTION AT THE HOTEL --- PLUS ++++ - bags are folded at the entrance to the hotel, the rest that is brought into the hotel is passed through the frame and the detector. They immediately brought a damp towel on a tray to wipe the face and hands (I was pleasantly surprised !!! ). Put on a bracelet. They suggested we go for breakfast. Gave cards for the issuance of towels, you can go to the beach. There were no rooms available in the morning (it was expected).

--- LOCATION AND TERRITORY (Photos attached) --- PLUS +++++ - 2nd line, but not annoying at all. From the main building of the hotel to the beach 350 meters, the hike is not annoying, even useful after a heavy meal ; -). The territory is clean, cleaned, no one litters especially. A warning !! ! - almost everywhere the paths are painted, BE CAREFUL after watering in the morning, you can Slip!
Lots of pools, heated in winter.
In the area of ​ ​ ​ ​.7xxx buildings there is a free entrance (there is a sign) to the territory of the CleoPark water park.
--- INTERNET - paid everywhere. Order - about 7 dollars a day. It is more convenient to buy a Vodafone mobile card for 5-10 dollars, it lasts for a long time.
--- BEACH (Photo attached) --- PLUS +++++ - sandy, gentle entry into the water. The length is 300 meters. In some places there are corals, you have to be careful when entering the water, but there are a lot of beautiful fish nearby.
There is a plastic pontoon from which you can also watch the fish.
There is nowhere to change clothes, you can use the toilet of the hotel "Fayrouz Resort", through which we go to the beach.
The animation team invites you to exercise, volleyball, football.
Massages and excursions are discreetly offered.
Special thanks to the workers who keep order and safety - there are no strangers on the beach, it is always clean and pleasant to be!
A knee injured by corals - they immediately see and ask if help is needed!

--- ACCOMMODATION --- PLUS ++ - rooms are comfortable, but some are NOT READY at the time of check-in. For example, the latches on the door to the terrace (1st floor) did not work, you can lose an hour or two until they fix it (it happened).
The safe is small, a maximum of a 15-inch laptop, electronic control. If suddenly blocked, the security service comes and opens it in front of you.
There is a refrigerator with a set of mini-bar, which is paid.
Air conditioner. TV modern LCD with a dozen Russian-language channels.
Every day they bring a 1.5 liter bottle of water.

--- CLEANING IN THE ROOM --- MINUS BOLD ----- - upon arrival the room was not cleaned (not swept, not washed, as in the following days no one does this). But on the other hand, the house keeper immediately has a desire to show what SWANS he will twist out of towels!
!! ! NO SWANS, BETTER WASH THE FLOOR AND WIP THE DUST !!!!
The towels were not changed, but only folded from the hanging (drying) state. To the comments and a note in English that it is NOT NECESSARY to fold towels - a complete IGNOR! During face-to-face communication, he declares that he changed the towels. On the shown marks (!!! ) on the towel (points on the tag, put by the pen yesterday), I was CONFUSED and quickly left for new towels.
The sheets for 9 nights have never been changed (again, it is determined by the label), but not critically. The blankets were refilled by an employee and from a self-made state (WHY? If he doesn’t change the sheets - the question! )
