To begin with: I didn't expect much from the hotel, but a score of more than 8 raised hopes, at least for elementary ones
The hotel is soooo dirty, many hotels in Egypt are old, but can you wash it, glue it?? ? (I really want to take a rag and wash everything)
Food, not varied, but tasty
The bar is good (we don't drink alcohol, so I can't rate it)
The territory is sometimes cleaned, somewhere very neglected
The children's club does not work (now a warehouse of old rags and a dovecote)
The aqua park is also not well maintained, the slides are working, the lifeguards are too
Beach: across the street, places are taken in advance, and although it is not the season, you will not find a place on a sunbed
Well, somehow so
Due to the fact that the prices have risen, I consider this service unacceptable
