We are tourists with great experience and responsibly declare: the hotel is very good in its way. Everything corresponds, by Egyptian standards, to the five. The food is excellent, of high quality, the rooms are clean, everything works, for any of our whims - an instant reaction with a positive result, a beach with clean sifted sand, the territory is licked. One minus - dead coral. Although those who came to Egypt for the first time, the underwater world delighted. Dissatisfied, however, can always be found. For some, the territory will seem small, for some it is far from the city, but they themselves knew where they were going.
Our tour operator Anex Tour significantly overshadowed our vacation.
I'll tell you more.

As usual, upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel guide collects everyone and talks about the hotel for 10 minutes and STEPS for more than an hour, sorry for the expression, excursions. We bought into a VIP trip to Israel for $135. All VIP was, as it turned out later, in the price. For $80 everything is the same. I will say right away - as soon as they took money from us, no one needs us anymore.
Now briefly about the trip.
It took a long time to collect a column of three buses ($70, $80, $135). We reached the border in the evening, where 150 people quickly fed us a very modest dinner (chicken, rice, vegetables) and sent us to customs, which took more than three hours instead of the promised 0.5. In Israel, we were greeted with welcoming rudeness by the guides, forced to put on badges and taken to the holy land. And here the fun began. It began to rain heavily, which caused mudflows with stones. At 4 o'clock in the morning, the driver - a kamikaze, to the cries of passengers "stop, where are you going" drove the bus into a raging river, where we successfully got stuck. Rocks rumbled across the bus and water broke. The guide did not take any action for a long time, but eventually called the Ministry of Emergency Situations. By 6 am, the evacuation of tourists from the bus began. Who was in what. Without things and money. By 7 in the morning they sent another bus for us and brought us to the Dead Sea to the store of medicinal products and for a long time they were indignant that we were not buying anything, they offered to swim in the sea (the bags were left in the stuck bus). The promised breakfast was received only by 11 o'clock with a scandal. By the middle of the day, spitting on decency, who in what, swam in the Dead Sea. After 12 o'clock another bus was finally sent and the "excursion" continued. At five o'clock we were brought to Bethlehem, to the store of church utensils. All the women were given a carnation each and for an hour they were told what real candles, icons and crosses they have and how one cannot do without them. As it turned out later in other shops, everything is 4 times cheaper. And finally, we rushed to the holy places. We visited the Church of the Nativity and three other churches in Bethlehem, the Church of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem, the Wailing Wall. The whole thing took 1 hour and 15 minutes. And we went "home". At 9 pm we were fed lunch at a roadside eatery with the same chicken and rice and brought our things. Here they returned to us the driver - kamikaze. Let's go further. About an hour later, at a speed of approximately 110 km / h, with a terrible roar, the hatch came off the roof of the bus and thrashed on the roof. It was not possible to repair on the spot and we went to the nearest gas station. The men took turns holding the hatch with their hands. Somehow tying the hatch with ropes to the seats, we finally arrived at the border. At 4 o'clock in the morning we were fed dinner (chicken, rice) and seated some on the bus and some on a minibus (an ancient smelly rattletrap) in which we shook for four hours to Sharm. To top it off, the driver did not know the location of the hotels and circled for another hour in search of the right one. At 9 o'clock in the morning we finally got home, causing great surprise to our hotel guide, who did not know anything, although he was sent text messages.
To all our complaints and demands to return the money to us, we were returned $ 15 for one excursion to the Jordan River that was not provided, and they did not even apologize.

I hope my story will be useful to potential tourists.
We have drawn our own conclusions. No more excursions. And if you take it, then only from the locals. At least 50 - 70% savings.
Have a good rest everyone.
