And so ...I start writing a review from the 3rd day of my stay at the hotel in order to immerse you in the atmosphere as much as possible, convey impressions, feelings and emotions.
In Egypt already 8 times. Traveling with a 4 year old.

Operator.
In the midst of events with flight delays, we turned to a proven travel company in Rivne, My Europe. All trips were ordered through them, and this time they entrusted the organization of our holiday.
We considered several proposals, the prices are quite high compared to previous years. We stopped at a more or less "average" option for $ 1600 at the Jas Belveder hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh, the period from 22.07-1.08. 2018, tour operator Join Up.

Departure.
The day before departure, scheduled departure 22.07. at 13:30 was moved to 20:35, after arriving at the airport by 22:30. That is, we have already lost a day of rest.

Flight.
The Boeing plane is new, with friendly staff, comfortable and clean seats. SkyUp Airlines.

Arrival.
Arrived at 01:30 am.

Upon arrival, a lot of people at registration, queues for cards.
Cards, passport, luggage, all this took about 1 hour. There was no greeter when we left the airport. We and a few other guys with children went to look for a bus with the sign Join Up. After 10 minutes of wandering, we saw our bus leaving already. Having stopped it, the guide attacked us with screams, accusing us of looking for him for a long time and he completely refused to let us (2 families with children and a couple of guys) into the bus. Offered to take a taxi. After the scandal with sleeping children in our arms, we were allowed into a half-empty bus.
On the way, the guide split about Egypt. Reported meeting with our guide at 11:40.

Settlement.
The rooms were already ready, as we got to the hotel around 3 am. They settled in building 18.

Number.
The interior of a "standard" Egyptian hotel room. Clean, air conditioning works, water is available - we don't need much. We immediately complained at the reception, they cleaned the washbasin, which was clogged with hair, and turned on the light bulb in the corridor.

Hotel.
Getting to know the territory.
The hotel is not big but compact. On the territory of 2 swimming pools, gym, diving club, courts.
The beach is large, sandy, without ryfov and fish. To see the fish, you need to swim to the island of Tirana, which is located opposite the hotel, or go to the neighboring beach on the right.
The territory is green, well-groomed.

Breakfast. Dinner. Dinner.
The hotel is filled with people. There is always a line in the dining room, nowhere to sit. Eat on solid 4. You won't be hungry!

Meeting with the guide.
We arrived at the scheduled 11:40, waited until 12:30.
We and our bus companions decided that there would be no guide. We met him at the exit, and as it turned out, he was not Mamuh, but Ahmed or Pazah (as he was called on the stand as a hotel guide)! And the meeting is not at 11:40, but at 10:40.

Ahmed, calling his colleague an idiot, began to sell us excursions. So, as we are not the first time in Egypt, and we have already seen all of the above, we decided to go only to Soho.
Ahmed offered to take us for an hour, after dinner, to go shopping for $14.

Staff.
This is a completely separate story...
The waiters are rude to everyone. There are no queues at the bars, no glasses, you have to wait. Cocktails are generally not made to order, but what they decide and add there. It is generally not possible to wait for drinks in the dining room, the guests themselves are not served at the bar in the restaurant. Adel, the senior waiter, rushes at people, yells, pushes them out so that they themselves do not draw water for themselves! Horror!!!
Temperature +40, water only at the bar, no bottled water!!! ! Children yell that they are thirsty, the waiters do not come.
We have never seen worse service in a restaurant than in Jas Belveder!!!

Trip to Soho.
After dinner, we waited for the bus, loaded to go. Here, the driver hands over his phone and asks to speak to the guide. And then Ahmed says that the bus will pick us up at 23:00 from Soho. It is clear that the whole bus was indignant, not understanding what to do there in the heat for 3 hours.
We with a small child, counting on an hour walk, decided to return. At the entrance I met Akhmed, who immediately "going on the defensive" began to tell that I had not listened to him, and began to yell at the whole hall. It is a strange coincidence that the whole bus of tourists did not “listen to the end”.
After my remarks, and asking him to take a picture for a recall, he began to pull me to the police)))) It is clear that the child was frightened, began to cry, and I was no longer with Ahmed. I suggested that he decide the issue tomorrow. He refused, returning $12.

Departure.
Departure from the hotel was postponed 4 times. As a result, instead of 23:00, the plane was moved to 11:10. We have lost another day of rest.

Outcome.
The hotel is worthy of a 4 star level. Recommended for families with children and seniors.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND contacting Join Up, who instead of 10 days we paid for, divorced us and made 8. Join Up scammers most likely initially pay the hotel 8 days.
