ужасный персонал terrible staff

We stayed in this hotel for a week, from October 26 to November 2. The territory of the hotel is good, green. The room is not new, the curtains are dirty, the furniture is also far from new, on the whole satisfactory, but no more. The restaurant is dirty, noisy, not cozy. The food is simply NOT DELICIOUS, yes, fish every day, but this is the cheapest PANGASIUS, or as it is called "junk fish", it is prohibited in America and Europe. In the evening they cooked squid and sometimes shrimp, without any taste at all, as I understand it, so that they would not be recruited a lot.
But the worst part is the STAFF! Arrogant bastards! They act like they're doing you a favor, sour faces, no smiles! It is impossible to call the waiters, the bartenders are rude and behave like a pony! Until you make a fierce face and point to their place, that's when they start working normally! I had to put the barman in his place very hard for his pony-brotherly attitude, call the general manager, so that it dawned on this redneck that you need to be polite and helpful with hotel guests! A lot of people have complained about the staff!
There were not enough sun loungers on the beach, people were very close to each other, it was not comfortable!

In general, the staff ruins everything! If you treat them politely, they become even more impudent and arrogant! Dear management, guests come to relax, not to educate your staff!
