Just returned from vacation. so the impressions are the most recent.

1. Let's start with the good - great landscape design! Cozy location! Externally, everything is very beautiful! Hardworking and funny animators! The staff are partly friendly and attentive people. Pastries, sweets for lunch and dinner are quite good and two coffee machines are able to make quite tolerable coffee drinks. On the grill for lunch and dinner, there is sometimes a good chicken kebab or kebab. There were fish twice. That's all.
2. Now, as for the cons, on the rise.
The beach is its own, but not very clean and with uncomfortable sun loungers.
Dining room Rihana (restaurants should not be called) is quite large, but noisy and somehow uncomfortable. You will not stay hungry, BUT all dishes are of the same type and there is no significant variety. Breakfast on the third day turns into torture, because every day is the same.

Sausages and sausages from some kind of soy surrogate differ only in color. Cheese is no better. If you see something stuffed with something - do not take it - this stuffing will be from what you did not eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Snack bar - if you want to have a snack between breakfast and lunch you will get a disgusting burger, and if you want a chicken burger, you will get the same disgusting burger, only with a different name. Ice cream is a "fruit" surrogate. Juices, drinks - at all bars, except for the beach, they are diluted with water and you are lucky if it is boiled. For local alcohol, I think it’s not worth talking about - everyone already knows that this is a terrible swill. A la Carte "restaurant" Sayadeya is just a circus - tables will be set for you by the pool and they will fuss for two hours serving dishes prepared in the same dining room - a favorite entertainment place for German pensioners.
Cleaning every day, but I can not call it high quality.
In many rooms there are problems with sewerage and hence, for sure, dampness, which does not disappear no matter how much you ventilate. We were cleaned by some illiterate Bedouin who knew three words in Russian, three in English, the rest - his Akhalay-Mahalai. But in mathematics he had "unique" abilities and for a mini-bar he counted such that then he had to figure it out at the reception for a long time when leaving. Its employees, by the way, also did not differ in their attentive attitude towards vacationers both at the settlement and at the departure. And in the story with the mini-bar, when they realized that they had messed up, they didn’t come up with anything better than to get to the bottom of one of the $ 10 bills, supposedly of the old type. Their ATM suddenly stopped working, there was no change, and they refused to accept a bill, they were playing for time and ruffling their nerves knowing that we might be late for the plane. We are not the first to have questions about the mini-bar - two days before us, they tried to heat a man for $ 5.
(The amount would seem insignificant, but like this, if you take off from everyone who, for some reason, wants to use the mini-bar, then this can become an additional source of income for such "employees". I have never had such situations anywhere before, yes and in the same Turkey or Montenegro, everything was clear and transparent. ) The taxi ordered through the reception to the hotel did not come for us, nor did we receive messages from the guide through the reception about changing the time of excursions and other information, it’s good that the taxi driver helped out, with who met during the holidays, he rushed to the call and delivered to the airport an hour before departure. As many have guessed, the official registration for the flight has already ended.

But it's great that there are normal people in this world, and one of them turned out to be an airport worker, to whom I described the situation in a few sentences and he, literally by the hands, led my wife and me through all the queues and passes to the waiting room. Up to the point that he passed the metal detector frame in the same way as I took off my shoes, taking out the belt and taking everything metal out of my pockets. It's a sin not to thank such a person $, from the bottom of my heart. And glory to their Allah and our Gods that everything ended so well!
P. s. Well, if someone still ends up in this hotel, then I would not recommend a guide named Fadil, the TUI agency is an irresponsible and optional person.
