We went in November with friends and young children. The hotel has strengths and frankly weaknesses. Due to the combination of factors, we are in this hotel more than a foot! Let's start in order. We arrived in the morning, $ 20 in the passport did their job and settled us in the room immediately after breakfast. Number normal Egypt-style. The undeniable pluses, of course, include the territory, everything is green and very clean. That's where the pluses end.
Now for the cons. The hotel is probably the only one in Sharm that does not have a live reef. I personally go to Egypt solely for the beauty of the underwater world, and this factor greatly overshadowed the stay. It would seem that there is no reef, you need to make some exclusive lures, but no, there are no compensatory events, no water park, no good food. By the way, about food. The food seems to be quite varied. But the impression was made that it needs to beg. Grilled meat comes out in tiny pieces and you have to be persistent to get the obnoxious Arab with the twisted face to put the amount you need on the plate. The same thing happened on that one day when shrimp and burnt crabs appeared for dinner. Two shrimp on a plate is humiliating.
Another nuance: the hotel resembles an Italian nursing home. About a third of the guests are pensioners from Italy, before whom the entire staff is constantly fawning. The staff is generally a huge problem for the hotel, especially the waiters and administrators near the central bar. By the way, there are no questions for the bartenders)).
