Hello! )
I read the last two reviews and was very surprised! I have a very strong impression that these reviews are custom-made!
We were in this hotel with two families with one child (4.5 years) from November 7.2013 for two weeks. I will say right away that I was in Egypt for the fourth time, all the time in the top five, so there is something to compare.
About the good and the not-so. . .
1, No one at the reception knows Russian, they know English very well.
2, Wi-Fi - for a fee (except for the first day - free 150mb)
3. The hotel is medium in size. It consists of compact buildings. The hotel is 25-35% full.
Russians + Ukrainians-50%,
Balts-20%,
British, Germans, etc. -30%
The hotel is half empty. This has both pros and cons. From the pros
-easy to get good rooms next to the sea
-no problems with sun loungers either by the pools or by the sea on the beach.
- no queues in restaurants

4, The rooms were cleaned regularly, but superficially. The cork from a bottle of champagne sat under the bed for two weeks, of course, along with dust! By the way, I think that it is still there! ))). I left a dollar every day. The cleaner was Satisfied, I'm the best friend! He twisted swans every day.
Here, attention! On the penultimate day in the morning, the janitor found out from his wife that tomorrow is the last day. !!! )))
rubbish, of course. . .
5. Animation in the hotel NO!
It seems that she is. But somehow everything is sad. Perhaps this is all because of the half-empty hotel. The animators themselves are normal, funny guys.
6. The territory of the hotel was cleaned well. The pools, the beach, too.
8. Mini-club (kids club) - NO. After the first visit, the child refused to walk outright. Yes, and there was nothing worth it for the sake of it. I understand him.
9. I can't say anything bad about the behavior of my compatriots.
Unlike a couple of elderly and fat Germans. They were constantly drunk. On the penultimate evening on the show program, these two fat carcasses began to insult our guy and girl from Ukraine. Moreover, all their fault was that they were from Ukraine. If it were not for the animators, there would be a massacre-100%!
After what I saw and heard about the Ukrainians, something made me feel like joining the European Union!
petty but sad. . .
8. The sea near the beach is very shallow. To chest-deep, you need to go in for about 40 minutes! ))) The bottom is only in slippers. Pantone is good, not very long. There are fish. There are not very corals, almost none.
9. I was in the SPA. A hammam and a bathhouse are free, but you won’t get a steam bath either. So warm up.
I went through several massage courses. The massage is more or less normal. True, they broke my toe. But not on purpose. They promised a free massage as compensation, but then forgot.
a trifle, but bitch, it hurts...
10. The pools are good and clean. One is large with heating. One is very large with cold water.
11. NOW ABOUT THE MAIN THING.

I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A POOR, MONOTONOUS AND POOR MENU IN ANY HOTEL! For the first five days, it still somehow doesn’t catch your eye, but later it becomes just obvious. After five days, we already knew by heart what they would feed us, it was to remember not difficult. They didn’t indulge in meat. They gave fish after three days, some kind of small and not tasty. we were with a child, in the evening we needed something dairy-NOTHING. Even an appeal to the administrator Katty did not help. She sincerely promised, but nothing has changed. Of the seafood in 14 days, there were crabs once. Sometimes it was additionally diluted either with water, or with hibiscus, or with juice. Once I snatched it out, as the waiter poured some liquid into the glasses of wine from the decanter. I rule out that the visitors were served in glasses the remains of wine drained from others. After this story, he only drank poured drinks in my presence. A fly once swam in the soup tank.
The bar on the beach was missing beer several times. Moreover, it was not just absent, but for two days in a row! We send the children to the bar for ice cream - they are not given - NO! !!!
We play volleyball on the beach. (By the way, it turned out to be a very international team). Some kind of hell is coming, get out of here, I need to level the sand on the court! and please.
By the way, administration, buy a normal volleyball ball and a few more backgammon, otherwise one is not enough for the whole hotel!
trifle, but shameful...
And the last.
EXCURSIONS AT THE HOTEL DO NOT TAKE. On every trip to some country, we try to learn as much as possible and go on excursions a lot. So this time we took an excursion to Rasmukhamed. We were told a lot how beautiful it is, showed photos of mangroves , amazing corals, schools of fish, etc.

In fact... They took us for 50 minutes in a bus to deafening Arabic music. Nobody responded to my request to make it quieter or at least change the repertoire. They brought us to some hole and began to offer to rent masks and pipes, although when they sold us they said the tour and it was written in the price lists that masks and snorkels are included in the price! But, what killed most of all, we were offered to rent life jackets for $ 4 !! ! Then we waited, I don’t know what, for another 20-30 minutes. Then we We were loaded into a bus and driven for another 20 minutes. We were brought to the pier. We waited another 40 minutes for loading onto the yacht. We were taken to a barren reef near the city. They convinced us for a long time that this was the reserve. Only after we showed them the map on the phone by They shut up the GPS. But they started saying that only divers with a license should go to Rasmukhamed. They threatened them with the tourist police. They shut up, but they never took them to the reserve! does not depend on paid we paid $35 each, the guys from Moscow paid $25 each, and there was a yacht nearby, where our fellow countrymen paid $50 each.
After such an excursion, I wanted to become a skinhead.
