Get ready, READ CAREFULLY! This will be mostly criticism. My rating of the hotel is three plus. Plus - for landscape design and a new unbeaten interior.
For my money, I need a high-class vacation, and not just for show.
Please read other people's negative reviews - this is pure TRUTH!! ! I did not regret my time wasted to warn you against possible disappointments.
I went to Egypt for the first time, and, choosing between Hurghada with a sand bank and corals and fish in Sharm El Sheikh, I stopped at the latter, I wanted to see colorful fish.
They offered a ticket to Jaz Mirabel Beach Resort 5 *, such as the price is a little cheaper while it is unwinding, the hotel is less than a year old. They promised a super-duper exclusive and a five, closer to a six.
I found a random fellow traveler on the Internet for DBL (what should I do?! ), because. my friends couldn't go with me. The purpose of the stay is to watch the fish and swim, sunbathe. No men!

We arrived at the airport at 14-05, our operator MOSTREVEL. We loaded onto the bus and waited for another 13 people for TWO HOURS!! ! It takes 15 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport. One Arab put us on the bus and, while driving to the hotel, said a few words, called the name of the guide.
GUIDE from MOSTREVEL
On the first day, the guide did not meet us. I saw two of them by chance on the penultimate day. They were rude to the people, one woman threatened to write “anti-advertising” everywhere - they don’t care, they don’t care. He says, go and write anywhere (((One could expect that he would say: went to FIG.
I went up the day before to ask how we would leave back, and received a reprimand (! ) in response for “not showing up at the meeting of vacationers on the first day of arrival. ” I didn't know anything about him. And I could only guess about the existence of a guide. Although we all spent enough time in the lobby while we settled (especially me).
I left at 8-20 in the morning (((it turned out 7 nights and 6 days (((In the morning no one called and woke up, I dragged the luggage to the reception itself - and this is VERY far from the room!
ROOM.

We arrived at the hotel at five o'clock. I did not see the guide, at the reception I began to solve my problem. This man wanted one large bed ((((I began to explain my situation at the reception in broken English, told it in great detail that the man was completely alien to me, asked for two different beds away from each other. The Arabs nodded - and gave a number: from ONE bed, BROKEN DOOR TO THE BATHROOM (didn’t close due to tilt), overlooking the CONSTRUCTION, FAR FROM RESTAURANTS, CLOSE TO THE SEA (very inconvenient, walking far to the center of the hotel) - No. 1349. The guy liked the room (!! ! - a fool) "I'm back at the reception, I'm explaining for the second time and I'm already boiling. They called the Russian employee who deals with the accommodation, Tatiana. She sort of explained it to them. And she said to me: "Oh, how difficult it is to work with you... " I just asked for different beds and overlooking the pools in the center, not the construction site. They gave another room - ON THE SAME SIDE. VIEW OF THE CONSTRUCTION, but not on the third, but on the first floor. The fellow traveler was unhappy that we were moving (((and not agreed, it was kind of dark, but there was an exit directly to the lawn. I go to the reception (transitions took 15-20 minutes across the territory - winding paths). I already swear specifically. They gave room 1361 on the third floor THREE ROOMS FROM THE FIRST ROOM, SAME CONSTRUCTION VIEW, SHARED BED!!! ! Only the Arabs pulled away the beds in front of me and were kind of happy. And the guy is freaking out too. All times of waiting they asked to come "in an hour" until they decide on accommodation. Even during this, they gave a faulty key card - she also ran to the reception. In short, complete shit.
Half the hotel was empty, there were many rooms with access to the pools. They give the best to the British, Italians, Germans. And yet, I was not going to pay extra for their "goodwill" to give me a normal number. I lost over two hours running back and forth. So, day one is over. A fellow traveler wanted to sleep in the dressing room (there are two decent beds with bedside tables and lamps) - that's OK)))
Next time I'll ask for a room layout.
Cleaned the rooms discreetly, good, clean. Once they put a “swan” out of a towel on the bed. But the hair dryer in the bathroom was broken. There were no bathrobes or slippers. Upon arrival, they put tubes of shampoos and among them - someone's used one, with a peeled picture, half empty. These are pies with kittens))).
TERRITORY.
This is the NABC area - the very north of Sharm. The hotel is surrounded by several smaller and worse ones. JAZ is the largest and most beautiful of those hotels, it makes no sense to visit the rest - there are small underdeveloped areas.
Also 5 *, among them Jaz Mirabel Club, Calimera. That is, there is only 1 hotel behind the Jaz Mirabel Beach Resort - AND THAT'S ALL, THE CITY IS ENDED, THE DESERT.
The landscaping is great! Many pools flow into one another, a lot of sun loungers that you can get lost. All the time the staff goes to clean up empty glasses - class.
Exotic flowers smell great, magnolias, azaleas. Super!
Minus - a long walk back and forth, half an hour to restaurants, 40 minutes - to the sea. Even if it is on line 1. And here I read another review - but really - SILENCE OF THE Coffin. There is no music anywhere - not in the rooms. Not in bars. Not in restaurants. . .
HOLIDAYERS
65% Russians and Ukrainians, then Italians, British, Germans, French.
FOOD

There are two main restaurants - the food is monotonous, what I could cook at home: baked vegetables, potatoes with mayonnaise, fried fish 1 item, sausages 2 items, yellow rice, tomatoes baked with cheese, beef stroganoff meat, fried chicken, lasagna, chicken snacks in batter, simple vegetables without frills - freshly thawed from packages, as if grilled and fresh (some days there were few vegetables: for example, I love tomatoes, but there were none), sauces are also simple (mayonnaise, local sour cream, olive oil), cheeses, some kind of liver cuts, vegetables and pieces of meat in jelly, beans in tomato sauce. Once they gave shawarma (! ) Once they gave small stewed thighs - quail, probably. Seafood - never.
Toast, muesli of different varieties. Many varieties of bread are represented, almost all white.
From sweet buns, croissants, muffins, puffs, pies, mousses, small cakes. All the usual. Fruits: small green bananas with brown spots, oranges, large fatty dates, apples also spotted, crushed and bruised, guava soft and sour. The people snatched up all the fruits as if from hunger.
I kept waiting for oriental sweets - I waited on the last evening before leaving. And, by the way, every day there was delicious honey of two varieties. I liked black.
The impression is that the workers somewhere on a Texas farm are fed much tastier and more varied.
I was hoping to taste exotic oriental dishes in Egypt - but there were none... In a bar near the beach, you could have a barbecue lunch: sausages, french fries, some vegetables. There I found the only dish that I don’t often eat in Moscow - these are squids in batter. But having visited this bar several times, it became clear that the menu DOES NOT CHANGE!
Along with the mentioned beach bar, there was a daytime bar at the restaurant - for a snack between lunch and dinner. There you could order 1 (! ) dish to choose from, rather meager. This is a pizza (a tortilla (with baked cheese, nothing else); a tuna sandwich (a bun with fish, french fries, 2-3 slices of cucumber)... The leaflet that was given out upon arrival says that there is tea with high cakes all day tea - in fact, it turned out that these were not cakes, but cookies from half a palm, 1st grade.
I thought that my figure would suffer, but I didn’t want to eat the same thing every time. So - I'm fine J
Drinks for four, you can drink local beer, they like to add alcohol to about a tablespoon in alcoholic cocktails. Kind of saving? ))) I myself ruled what and in what quantities I should pour. Local juice tasteless, ask for packages.

Russians are not treated very politely. Often I came across this: I ate alone at the table, and the waiters pretended not to notice me, I had to wait a long time and call for drinks to be brought.
In Moscow, they promised that you can make an order at an a la carte restaurant according to my all-exclusive (for free) - 1 time for the entire stay. I came to pre-register in an Italian restaurant (located near the hotel), one of their employees suggested that I come in for lunch at 16 o'clock. Missed the "big lunch", came. But on the spot, the manager categorically refused me (he offered me money) and then later the guide confirmed “it’s impossible”, although Tatyana, a Russian employee of the hotel, claimed that this could be done. And there was not a single person in this Italian restaurant.
DISCO
After 23, it sucks, there are few people, 2-6 people, half of them are staff. Music is acid. One day the bartender got out from behind the bar and started dancing on the table - I was horrified. Before that, he refused me a glass of plain water, asking for $ 2 for it. Type of drinks there are paid, but you can just go upstairs to the reception at the bar and take everything for free.
For discos, it is better to choose a hotel in the center of Naama Bay. This is the Little Buddha disco - the best there (1 day a week, Tue, free entry for girls), you can also go to Nard Rock.
ANIMATION
Quite weak. 2 Russian girls for adults, 1 boy and 2 girls (were walking with children), the rest are foreign-speaking for “their own”. There was water aerobics every day, step aerobics (I pulled my leg for two days, because the animators “forgot” to warn that you need to practice in sneakers). By the way, due to the lack of sneakers (they didn’t warn me, I would certainly take it with me) they didn’t let me into the fitness room, even for bench presses and an exercise bike ((And I counted on that, and didn’t know what to do with myself. To be honest, then boredom was saved only by this half-hour of aerobics and a sauna.
At 21-30 daily performances at the local theater, almost all in Italian/English. Once there were very beautiful oriental belly dances - without text))

One evening the animators decided to arrange karaoke in the disco hall. The papers were handed out, the people chose their songs. They started to sing, but then half of the songs were sung by 2 girls (Russian) animators themselves - in English, and a local DJ.
ENTERTAINMENT
They promised archery - I never saw it. Billiards turned out to be paid.
But - the discovery was the water slides of the neighboring CLUB hotel, where we could go for free.
The good thing is the sauna and jacuzzi. She worked until 21, and I rested there in the evenings when everything else was closed. After all, you can’t use the sea and pools after 18, the slides worked until 17.
There were no towels in the jacuzzi once, so I never got in. Knowledgeable people said that the pressure of the jets is weak - it does not hold on the surface. And the Turkish and Finnish saunas are good.
SEA
Small, everywhere full of poisonous hedgehogs, stars with tentacles, it's scary to walk on corals, there is nowhere to swim. The pontoon of the neighboring hotel, 800 meters from the shore you go (it's already free), then you go down and - waist-deep, and - hedgehogs again! There is a wild beach 15 minutes walk. There you can go into the sea without slippers, not far away there is a cliff in the depths and you can see the fish. I looked with all my eyes - I could not see many varieties, yellow-black, rainbow, brown, perhaps that's all. I swam there only 2 times for 15 minutes. The second of them - on the last day, there was a wind, huge purple jellyfish, besides, the burnt skin was severely corroded by salt water - I immediately bled out.
When I was flying back, on the plane, a neighbor told me about a 4 * breakfast-dinner vacation at another hotel. There are real CORALS and FISHes there, she saw barracudas, moray eels, reef sharks!
But I saw some kind of BRAIN protruding from the corals. In terms of volume and color, like a real human brain, I touched it with my finger, and it shrank and sucked in !! ! Wowss!!
People said that the most beautiful corals and fish in Ras Mohammed.
STAFF
Arabs are friendly but cunning. The bartenders got along, but oh well... But anyway - they can speak a little Russian, and it's nice.

I also liked the sellers in the local shops at the hotel. They keep their shops there, speak Russian a lot and are happy to show and tell, they have books of “complaints and suggestions”, they ask you to sign and paste a coin (if any). I enjoyed writing and drawing and gluing.
They gave me a couple of small things souvenir. I regretted that I did not take Russian souvenirs with me, nesting dolls there, spoons or something else. They would be very happy. So people grab something for presents
SUMMARY
I advise you to go there to lovers of quiet wallowing by the pool, playing cards in bars, sleeping and having sex, the elderly and families with children. For young and active it is better to find a more advanced hotel.
I would like less problems and hassle on vacation. It is better to go to a RELIABLE place. With the sea and with civilization. I will never go to this hotel again and will not recommend to friends!
And, you know, I probably won’t go to Egypt anymore...
