When they write that they didn’t receive something, they are dissatisfied with something . . people are either not in the mood to relax, or they expect the impossible from poor workers, overworked hotel workers. Very interesting are people from Ukraine who wrote that for their one dollar tip they did not receive full service from the bar workers, which was provided to Europeans . . ha ha ha....They lie. I would especially like to thank the animators Khim and Valya!! ! And also Katyusha - the guys made our vacation! There is no such animation in other hotels. Food - something new every day, Kids Club from 10 to 17.00, five pools, everything is clean and decent. I don’t know why people write negative reviews...
