We chose the hotel on the recommendation of friends who also had a rest in this hotel several times. We are in Egypt for the first time, with a child of 5 months. I’ll write right away that I’m happy with everyone, especially the service - everyone tried to help and please, at the reception, in the restaurant, even just the cleaners. All in masks, some also in gloves, constant disinfection.
We wanted to check into the room immediately after arrival, so we paid at the reception, everyone else was invited to breakfast, even though the check-in was later.
The rooms are clean, everything worked, they clean every day and change beach towels.
The area is very large and beautiful. In the evening you can walk, there are many interesting flowering trees. Several pools, one was heated. The beach is close, they offer diving, paddle board and wind surfing, my husband was pleased. The sunbeds are comfortable, there are special walls from the wind. The pontoon, unfortunately, is closed for repairs, but you can walk to the nearby beach. As for swimming, it is shallow near the shore for a long time, when the tide is out, it can be knee-deep. Near the ends of the pontoon, the reef ends and the depth begins, very interesting.
We really liked the food, varied and really tasty, we were always full. Interesting oriental sweet, there was both fish and shrimp, a little little fruit, maybe not in season.
In the evening, they treated the territory from insects, it stank a little, it still didn’t save from mosquitoes, they bit all the time.
Also on the territory there are shops with souvenirs and sweets, you can buy mangoes. The prices are the same as in the markets outside the hotel, so if there is no time, then you can buy everything on the spot.
All the time working at the reception went and asked if everything was fine, if there were any comments. There really weren't any, everything was fine, I want to come back again; )
