We chose a hotel for a family holiday, given the presence of children's animation, an aqua park, a warm pool, good food and, of course, a reef. We are 2 families, 4 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 7. Thank you people for the feedback, we were not mistaken, the hotel is good in everything!

After that, they immediately offered rooms on the 3rd floor, but we wanted to be on the 1st floor and have 2 rooms next to each other. The employees said that there were no free rooms on the 1st floor, they showed rooms on the 2nd, 3rd floor, but we stood our ground, and they even refused to pay extra, it’s not about money, that’s all. After long negotiations at 11.30 we were settled in one room and at 14.30 the second room next to it on the 1st floor! This was the only moment when we were a little upset, but these rooms were the way we wanted and where we wanted, then the hotel service helped to quickly forget about this situation.
2. The territory of the hotel, the staff - very clean, a lot of greenery, flowers, a lot of places for recreation, a heated pool is a good bonus in winter. Friendly staff, kind, helpful, very attentive, especially to children.
3. The rooms are clean, have everything you need, matches the description of the hotel. If something is missing, for example, as we have a baby blanket, just ask and they will bring everything. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily. Whether you leave a tip or not, you will be greeted by swans, flowers and hearts on the bed.
4. Animation - well done animation team! Active, cheerful, ignite. There is everything: yoga, stretching, water aerobics, dance lessons, games, mini disco for kids, show programs, etc. Thank you, Yakha, Alina, Sheriff - you are awesome!
5. Food - very good, there is all meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, fruits, side dishes, milk... fried, boiled, grilled, stewed, for every taste. Very tasty food, no unnecessary spices. The desserts are all very tasty. You definitely won't leave hungry! Thanks to the chefs, they try very hard!
6. The beach is clean, shallow water. Matches the description of the hotel. Reef - carries a car to the pontoon of the Alcazar Hotel every 10 minutes. roundtrip. (Pontoon Jaz does not work). The reef is beautiful, large volume, a lot of beautiful fish.
7. Children's club - excellent, open from 10.00 to 17.00 (at lunch 1 hour break), the animator Alina is always with the children, they draw, play, make applications, etc. Super! Thanks Alina!
