This was my first trip abroad with my husband. I chose the hotel for about a week, I read reviews, there are a lot of bad reviews about many hotels, but I found few reviews about this one, but all are good. All the pleasure cost $ 1800 (borrowed from TEZ-Tour) 7 days, 7 nights (not cheap, but I didn’t want to lose, the first impression is the most important... ). We were taken from the airport to the hotel in 15 minutes by air-conditioned bus. We arrived at 13:00 and because the settlement starts at 14:00, then we were put on bracelets and offered to go to the main restaurant for lunch. My husband had no appetite, so I had to taste Arabic dishes alone. By 14:00, having approached the reception, we found out that the room was not yet ready and we were asked to wait for about 30 minutes. After this time, they said that there were no rooms at all and with all the documents they sent them across the road to Jaz Mirabel Beach 5 *. At the reception, we were also offered to wait until the room was prepared, and during this time go to have lunch at their main restaurant (they did not know that we had already had dinner). They cut off our Park bracelets and put our Beach bracelets on. Now my husband has already decided to eat. . . )))) After that we, although not hungry, but angry, went to the reception, where we were again told that the room was not yet ready. "Sit for a while in the lobby bar, in half an hour I will come up to you and settle you down, " said the boy at the reception. We sat. . . no one came!! ! Anger overflowed, for 2.5 hours we were "fed" with excuses like "wait another 10 minutes, another 20 minutes"... (they were not going to pay extra, because we had to have a supeior number and we wanted to get what for which already paid). And when we, completely berserk, declared at the reception that we would not move until we were settled, the boy collected our papers and said - "you came to Jaz Mirabel Park, so go there"... We trudged back across the road, handed over the documents , they registered us in 15 minutes !!!!! , cut off the Beach bracelets and put the Park bracelets on again (it was necessary to arrange this whole circus !!! ). But instead of a superior room, they gave us a family room as a sign that they caused temporary inconvenience with the settlement. This is where the bad ends and the good begins.
I will write about everything.
The room turned out to be larger than the one we paid for)), two large beds, which we immediately pushed together. There is a TV (4 Russian channels), a telephone, a hairdryer in the bathroom, tiles on the floor everywhere, so you can’t walk without slippers, a safe. There were no interruptions with water, hot and cold around the clock. There is a set: shampoo, shower gel, conditioner balm (for two it is enough for 1.5 weeks), foot scrub, threads with a needle. Russian-speaking staff, all polite, always say hello and smile. Bed linen and towels were changed regularly, on the penultimate day they twisted a swan out of towels (and I already thought that I would not wait))). We lived on the ground floor, near each room there is a terrace with wicker chairs and a table. The only problem was that there was no place to dry wet things, they had to hang them on the same wicker chairs.

Meals: In the main restaurant, everything is neat, clean and tasty, the staff is also polite and smiling. I really liked the cakes, pasta with different sauces, pancakes, cocoa (fantastic), beef bacon. Sausages are not very good there - no meat is felt at all. Upi juices of 2 types - orange and pineapple; tea bags, coffee in teapots (we liked it).
The territory is large, well-groomed, a lot of greenery, swimming pools, there are heated children's pools. The staff constantly washes something, cleans, in short, well done. Animators kept calling for water aerobics, water polo and exercises. There are tennis courts and a basketball court. More about the territory: The Jaz Mirabel complex includes 3 nearby hotels (Jaz Mirabel Beach, Jaz Mirabel Park and Jaz Mirabel Club). You can walk freely on their territory and we were even told that if we want, we can eat at the Jaz Mirabel Club restaurant (but not at the Beach). The beach is only in Jaz Mirabel Beach, so the road to the beach took about 10 minutes. We swam exclusively in shoes, which, nevertheless, did not prevent me from scratching myself on the coral and then terribly worrying if I would pick up some kind of infection. Thank God it worked out. On the beach and by the pool it was always possible to find free sunbeds and it was not necessary to occupy them "neither light nor dawn. "
On the territory of Jaz Mirabel Beach there are souvenir shops where you can buy anything you want. Trading is a must! ! Up to a price reduction of 2 times! ! The disco is located in a separate building, so the noise does not bother anyone.
We went on excursions to Cairo, Ras Mohammed, (an evening sightseeing tour of Sharm el-Sheikh). The excursion to Cairo is not easy (for the whole day), but very interesting, I advise. Take food with you in addition to lunch, which will be given to you at the hotel, and take anti-emetic pills for those who get sick - the one-way trip will take 6 hours, I returned to the hotel green... although I usually endure long trips fine. There are many beautiful fish and corals in Ras Muhamed, there is nothing to do there without a mask and snorkel. We were pleasantly pleased with the staff of TEZ-Tour - they always take you on an excursion on time, everything is clear, the guides are good, interesting and tell a lot.
All in all, have a nice holiday. ; )
