Having visited this hotel, we experienced several stages - surprise, denial, disappointment, humility and acceptance of it as it is. . . Our choice of Maritim Golf was not accidental, two years ago, while relaxing in the neighboring Maritim Peninsula, we had the opportunity to visit the territory of Golf and then we were fascinated by its beauty, cleanliness, mass of flowers and greenery. And in 2015, we decided to relax in it. . . for two years the hotel has noticeably faded, lost its former chic. . . So, check-in was hard, of course we know that there are rules for check-in at 14.00 and we did not require early check-in, but at least a glass of water could be offered to guests? But no, we sat on the sofas in the hall like poor relatives. The rooms are normal, large, the furniture is in good condition, the towels are white, the water is always hot, but the cleaning was strange, neither dollars nor chocolates helped, nothing!!!! ! For some reason, our cleaner came to the conclusion that we do not need water, that the two of us should dry ourselves with one dirty towel, that we do not need shampoo and shower gel. The restaurant is a separate chapter of our story, it's just a dining room - washed out, soiled tablecloths, dirty napkins, dull knives, not enough dishes, and so on ad infinitum. There were clearly not enough waiters for such a huge dining room, for a large number of people, it was a pity to look at them - tired, skinny boys in dirty uniforms falling down, who simply physically did not have time to do their job. The uniforms of the cooks were just as grey-dirty.... The food was quite varied, tasty, I especially liked the day of seafood. Everyone has always found food to their liking. I was very pleased with the Lebanese restaurant, that the food, that the service was excellent, we are still delighted with it !!! ! The territory is very beautiful, pleases the eye with a riot of flowers, greenery, palm trees, but it is not cleaned very well. There are several pools, a pool with sea water, with a jacuzzi. The beach is beautiful, unusual, but not for people with sore legs and back. For us personally, this beach is the most beloved, these wooden stairs, railings, balconies, rocks are charming!!!! ! Very good pontoons! The beach bar is just as dirty. . . but the bartender there is very peculiar, at first he openly ignores you and beats all sorts of booze, after the presentation he becomes a little kinder and seems to be looking at you)))) and in recent days he has become a darling and spoiled us with sweets))))) Towels on the beach horrible, dirty, torn. But the worker who gives out towels is very conscientious, was friendly and tried to help in any way he could. But the biggest surprise is the animation. This is complete zero! Such boredom as here was not anywhere!!!! ! Yes, this is a family, quiet hotel, and we are not party people, but here it’s just corny to the point of yawning, to the point of being boring!!!!!! ! In the evenings, the singer sings very loudly from the stage, then an invited group of artists performs, and at this time one animator shouts into the microphone: "Ooh! clap, clap! " And that's where all their work ends. . Therefore, the entertainment of vacationers is the work of the vacationers themselves in this hotel! The contingent of vacationers is Russians, Ukrainians, a handful of foreigners and many, many Arabs with children always screaming, knocking everything down. The feeling of bitterness and sadness did not leave us for the first three days, then, of course, we stopped paying attention to some details, we tried to find virtues (and there are enough of them), enjoy the beautiful weather, the warm, unique sea, treat really tired and exhausted hotel employees with understanding, we tried not to offend or deprive any of them, they are not to blame, they work as best they can for a penny. But the management of this hotel should write a training manual-accomplice "How to waste a cool hotel in a couple of years. " Because the hotel is really beautiful, once rich, with its interesting history, and how many awards the hotel has in the lobby!!! ! Look, you understand how grandiose it was! The whole wall is hung with photographs of artists, athletes, politicians who visited it!! ! What happened to the once luxurious hotel? Maybe someone will reproach us for being picky. Believe me, it's not. Of course, there are even 5 * hotels much worse. . . just Maritim Golf just to tears sorry. . . We wish this hotel prosperity and many grateful tourists!!! !
