I rested in Egypt for the first time, the hotel was chosen quite carefully. In principle, it met my expectations, since this hotel is designed for a certain category of vacationers - those who want to relax and enjoy the beautiful sea (not the beach). The hotel complex consists of three parts: the hotel, the Conference Center and the golf club. During my stay, the hotel was approximately 30% full, with about 50% Russians, 20% Europeans and 30% Arab families. As a rule, families have a rest, but due to the business orientation of the hotel, a couple of times a month various events are held in the Conference Center, which attract participants from all over the world, so the ratio of nations and social groups may change.
I had a standard room with a view of other rooms. Theoretically and practically, it is possible to "pay extra" $20-50 at the reception and ask for a room with a view of the pool (even if the room is positioned as "with a view of the sea", in reality the windows overlook the pools, but nevertheless, the view is very beautiful) or on the mountains, in the direction of which there is a golf course. The room has everything you need, cleaning daily, you can ask for slippers and a bathrobe. I didn't tip the staff because I asked them not to clean my room every day. It was pretty clean but not perfect.
My tour package only included breakfast, which featured a variety of European food, including hot dishes (eg potatoes, chops, sausages). The composition of me practically does not change from day to day, but you can combine products, so there is no monotony. In the hotel restaurants you can dine for $25-35 per person, although the prices in the hotel are much higher than in the city.

The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful, on the first floor there is a Relations Manager (guest manager) who will gladly try to solve your questions. On the day of departure from the hotel, I found out that the flight was delayed, and they extended my room for free until 18:00.
The hotel area is distinguished by its huge area and a large number of date palms. There are 3 swimming pools on the territory, one of which is with sea water. The water in the pools after 19:00 is sprinkled with some kind of cleaning chemical, so I preferred to swim in the sea.
It is quite difficult to swim with children, as the corals start at the very shore and you can only go down the stairs into the sea, but the depth there already reaches 6-8 meters.
