We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, so there were no issues with the settlement.
We had a room in the main building on the second floor overlooking the other balconies opposite, but we didn’t pursue this)
Wi-Fi is practically non-existent, it was impossible to connect in the lobby, perhaps things are different with a paid one.
The food leaves much to be desired, as well as alcohol, it seems that there is a choice, but some of it is of dubious quality.
There were no questions about the sea, the beach, the pool.
But there were problems with the reception desk, the staff is absolutely not focused on guests! The girl at the reception did not listen to what she was told. Special thanks to the guest relation manager, thanks to him we resolved the situation.
In general, I will not say that we regret choosing this hotel, but there is no desire to go there again.
