We looked at many hotels, we wanted a more or less green area. It was also a plus that there are hotels of this network in Europe, they were more oriented towards this. The check-in was a bit complicated, because they even poorly understand normal English. We arrived at 12.00, we waited until 14.00, but there were many people to check in, it was clear that they were busy. I will not hide the fact that until you put money in your passport, you will not be settled very quickly. The room was large, nice, bungalow. Cleaning in the room is lousy, even if you leave it for a tip, you still need to walk and almost point with your finger where to wipe the dust. Of the minuses, the air conditioner was with a smell, but this is more likely from water and humidity. When checking in, our wishes were taken into account, the room was away from noise, discos, we were really settled in a quiet place. It took about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest shops, the prices there are not very interesting, it’s easier to take a taxi to Naama Bay, it’s cheaper to buy there than in the nearest stores. The pool was near the bungalow not bad. There were nuances, it was difficult to find a place, because the staff scattered towels on sun loungers and occupied places for Europeans, or our people occupied themselves at 6 in the morning. There was also a pool near the central building, next to the children's one, and animation was also held there, but we moved away from this, we had a quiet rest in a quiet place so that we could read a book, so about animation, except for the fact that it was there I can't say anything more. Access to the sea - 3 pontoons, not bad. The food was normal, no frills, there was no super seafood there, but the food was full, there was plenty to choose from and eat normally. We quarreled with the hotel guide, because he offered excursions very intrusively and aggressively. It is even difficult to call it a proposal, because, in a rather rude form, he said "write a refusal", even if we answered that we would think about excursions for 1-2 days. Sorry, but we came to rest, and I have the right to choose what I want for my own money. In general, I did not like the guide and his approach.
