In general, the hotel is good, but, unfortunately, it turned out to be 3000 UAH. more expensive than planned, because we were robbed by a HOTEL WORKER.
Firms from which we expected protection could not / did not want to do anything (Bought a ticket to TUI, went from Join Up, host - International Sun)

If you're interested, it went like this:
We wanted to pay for the hookah at the reception. The employee did not have change for a hundred dollars, and he sent us to change money in the store opposite (inside the hotel).
We went and asked.
The seller agreed. I started looking for small money. I almost gave it away, took 100 dollars and my money from my hands, and immediately started screaming that they were fake, but did not give them back.
He began to put his money in his wallet, while quickly replacing our banknote with a SOUVENIR! ! ! Some of his acquaintances were sitting inside, who claimed that he did not replace anything, thereby supporting the performance.

In total, it is pointless to call the police - 2 witnesses plus the guide Akram from Join Up, who was initially opposed to us, arrived.

The most annoying thing is that the tour operator was not able to do anything, and the 'guide' from the host (a colleague of the tour operator) did not even want to listen to us and did not try to somehow settle the situation - he could at least try to talk to the thief-seller one on one. But this non-guy claims that he is "responsible for tourists with his head. " This is not a guide, but just a seller of excursions.
Not safe even in a hotel. So if you don’t want such curiosities, bypass the store opposite the reception (they call it a bazaar, a market)

Beach: There are a couple of sandy entries for non-swimmers and 3 pontoons. Lots of beautiful fish and corals.

Pools: clean. There is one heated.

Food: fresh, tasty, interesting. However, free restaurants are less
Bar: powdered juice - they interfere on the spot, there is no variety of cocktails (one of the same juice), although this did not really interfere. There were other drinks: cola, seven up, rum, tequila, etc.

Cleanliness: clean, but the furniture seems to have been used for a long time

Staff: mostly genuinely friendly. Some elephants, swans were constantly spinning in the room, and we left a tip.
I did not like the constant inviting to discos

Separately, it is worth noting the hookah - very professional

Free tour: could be worse. I really did not like the imposition of shops of oils and sweets. Unreasonably expensive (after all, you have to pay countless staff and Join Up). At these two points, 40 minutes were allotted, while at the sights, on average, 15. At the same time, we did not stop at a beautiful mosque on the way.
But still, we learned something new and interesting about life in Egypt, in particular about Egyptian Orthodoxy.

At the end, departure: preparation for a return to reality - the bus is worse than at the meeting, and in a bag of food there are two dry, tasteless sandwiches, fruits and water, which everyone throws away at the airport anyway (why don't Join Up'y just put a boiler with water at the airport?
