We arrived at the hotel at the end of March.
I am not a whimsical, not scandalous person and I always try to find something positive, but in this hotel everything is somehow twisted, I will write in more detail, but it's up to you to go or not.
Upon arrival at the hotel, they met and immediately at the reception an employee, unfortunately I don’t remember his name (Russian-speaking) said if you want a good room - give it. I asked for a room with a view of the sea or the mountains, settled in a room with a view of the rooms opposite, in the courtyard where neither the sun nor the sky can be seen. I refused such a number and asked to replace it, at the reception the employee began to be indignant: whoever you want, this fse is such, standard, others are even more expensive (he was not even embarrassed by the fact that he took a present for settling in the best room, and in appearance it was clear what else I wanted). But after I stood for 10 minutes, as they say above my soul, I still gave a different number. In the room that we were given there was no drinking water (you can’t drink water from the tap) and shampoo with gel, which I pointed out to the bellboy and the receptionist. As a result, all this appeared only after a day of our stay and then after I complained to Akram (guide from John Up). Anything is written about him, but I will say that the person is quite decent, friendly, helps with resolving issues quickly, I didn’t hear rudeness from him, once I just took and brought us with friends in his car to the market without demanding payment, but simply humanly.

At the hotel in the rooms, the Internet is paid, and near the reception WI-FI is disgusting, so it’s better to immediately buy an Egyptian operator’s card or connect roaming and don’t worry.
In the room for a week of stay, the bed was not changed even once, towels, and even then partially once. The room was cleaned, but without enthusiasm and imagination, even if you leave a van dollar.
The restaurant fed very mediocre, very monotonous, who wants to eat well, then you are not in this hotel.
On ala carte went to the Lebanese restaurant - full of crap.
In European we liked it, delicious.
In the bars on the beach and in the lobby, the waiters are rude and twitchy, even though you address them quite friendly and polite, they should be kicked out or demoted to cleaners. The bartender at the heated pool is a good fellow, friendly to everyone, not rude, smiling, a good worker.
The reef is beautiful, three piers. Towels are issued by the guys polite, joking but without being rude. Towels 50/50 percent new/old torn.
There are indeed not enough sun loungers. The guys on the piers are great.
Hamam don't take just pumping money, no quality. They let her into the sauna for 5 minutes, then into the bathhouse for 5 minutes, then into the shower, gave half a glass of tea to hibiscus, then washed it for about 5 minutes, then into the shower, put on a mask, then for 7 minutes in the jacuzzi, and that's all... cost 25 bucks. . .
In a store near the reception, a certain Yusuf sells, the beetle is still the same, do not trust him. As an example: he has a mask for Cleopatra’s face for $15 and don’t come close, in a bazaar 2 km away (it costs $2 by taxi), in a pharmacy it costs $4, taking into account the road 2+4+2=8.
The conclusion, from all the hotels in all countries where I have been, is:
- Worst hotel in terms of cuisine;
- poor hotel room service;
- bad bartenders on the beach and lobby bar;
- disgusting WI-FI;
- disgusting hammam;
- excellent sea;
- a beautiful hotel;
- spacious room;
- a good golf course.
Ask me if I would go to this hotel again - no, I would not go.
