There was a lot of local food, a lot of beans, etc. , in sauces, perhaps we are just not used to such food. Sweet tasty, fruits are good. Service in the restaurant was good, attentive waiters. We also visited the A la Carte restaurant, then, of course, there is a completely different service, different dishes, a completely different serving of dishes. It's gorgeous there. The hotel was 30% full, maybe that's why the food in the main restaurant was like that. Also, the disadvantage was that it was far from the sea, the distance from the villa in which we lived to the sea was probably 1 km. There it was necessary to cross such wooden bridges, so the beach is specific. It may be interesting for young people and children, but I rested with my mother, it was not very convenient for her to move through all these things, but then we got used to it. There are no complaints about the staff, both in the restaurant and at the reception, attentive employees are everywhere, as well as on the beach, lifeguards are attentive and helpful guys. The water park at the hotel practically did not work, in addition, it was stated that there was a pool with sea water on the territory, we did not find it for a week. But, on the territory where we lived there was a chic heated pool, there were hydro massagers and a jacuzzi. The pool started from a depth of 45 cm and smoothly left at 1.80, it was always clean, they constantly washed, cleaned, cleaned there. It is very convenient that in this hotel you do not need to walk with a towel, you come up with a card, you could take a towel anywhere throughout the hotel and then return it. The animation was good. On the beach ice cream, juices, water, beer, it was all very good. In general, everything is fine, but if they asked me if I would go to this hotel again, I would answer "no". We waited 1.5 hours for him, it turns out that he was sitting around the corner, near the hotel in a cafe at a table and was waiting to be found there. There was no sign with him, nothing, how were we supposed to find him there? In the end, when we found him, he briefly offered us excursions, well, as he suggested. . . They wanted to get to Soho, but they didn’t, this trip was not organized by the hotel. We went on a sightseeing tour, the guide who conducted the tour liked it. Before the day of departure, there was no information, neither about the time when we would be picked up from the hotel, nor how to check in for the flight, nothing was clear. We could not find the guide again, three phone numbers of this guide were indicated, it was not possible to get through to him by any one, so we never saw him again.
