The stairs were not cleaned at all, and the corridors were very bad.
There is a disgusting smell in many rooms (some vacationers said that it was from the air conditioner, they turned it off and there was no bad smell, BUT HOW without air conditioning ??? ! We changed the room 2 times and only from the third there was no such smell.
Bed linen is terrible - old, washed out, not cotton (if there is cotton, it’s definitely with synthetics)

The food is a nightmare - everything is built up, fatty, deep fried, a lot of food that few people eat - beans, lentils. They even managed to spoil the omelette, as they fried it in a huge amount of oil.

The hotel guests are 80% Arabs, 10% Europe and 10% from Ukraine. All are distinguished by bracelets of different colors. The official version - the division of the language of communication, in fact - nationalism in its purest form. The attitude towards the Europeans is good, towards the Arabs it is good, but towards the Ukrainians it is dismissive. They react inadequately to comments - while you are talking politely, they won’t fix anything, you just need to swear, only then will they correct them with disgruntled faces.
Separately, it should be noted furniture - it's something.... It seems that when the hotel opened in 1998. Initially, not new furniture was brought in, but taken from some other hotel, in which this furniture had been standing since... 19xx - it's hard to say what year. My aunt is 81 years old, her apartment has furniture since 1970. so she looks better. The fabric on the sofas is stained, the wooden parts of the furniture (legs, armrests, etc. ) are shabby. Although the wooden parts can be easily restored, no one does.
I can write a lot more bad things, but that's enough.
We must not forget that there is also good - the SEA - the sea is lovely (but see the photo, there is no sandy beach, it’s far to go to the sea and steps (not everyone is acceptable). But still the SEA, this is the only thing I liked. But even glad of this the sea to endure everything else was not very pleasant.
I’m not some kind of spoiled fifa - I clean it myself, I wash it myself, I cook it myself, but without fanaticism (not a speck of dust, not a speck), so my comments are just an adequate reaction to dirt and shabbyness.
My advice is to look for another hotel, according to the advice of the entertainer girls, there are good hotels in Sharm and 4 stars can be much better than 5, so do not exclude 4 stars when searching.

Of all the hotel employees, only Amar would like to say a big thank you for his good attitude and good work - he helped a lot in a difficult situation - there were health problems, he helped a lot, sincerely worried about us and did not even take money as a thank you, which surprised me very much, so as in most cases without money it was impossible to achieve what simply had to be.
