Stayed as a family with two children. We arrived in the evening and we were immediately offered a bungalow instead of the standard for an additional fee. Agreed for $20. The room is excellent, large and spacious with a private terrace. True, the window faced the north side and the sun was never in the room. In the first days the weather was unusually cold for Sharm (+17 during the day), the wind was blowing, although we chose a windless bay, so it was cool in the room. The hotel is huge, with a beautiful area, there are many pools. We lived right next to the heated pool. There is also a "cold" pool with water slides on the other side of the hotel. After 15.00 they were turned on, the children rode with pleasure.
The food was good: chicken, fish (though mostly pangassius), beef, lamb meatballs, chicken and lamb kebabs in the evening. There are enough fruits and vegetables, there are a lot of pastries, as always, but the taste is monotonous. Of seafood, only squid, on Thursdays sushi, but they are mostly vegetarian.
Cleaning is daily, towels are changed every day, crocodiles, swans were twisted for a dollar, a 1.5 liter bottle of water was brought to the room a day. There is a kettle, tea and coffee in the room.

Beach: despite the fact that the hotel is on the first line, it takes 15 minutes to walk from our bungalow! The hotel area is very large and the beach is multi-level, there are few sunbeds on the beach and you have to come early to take a seat. The reef is great! Entrance from the pontoon. The beach bar is open from 10.00. Ice cream from 12.30. Ice cream is available near each pool, but at different times during the hour.
Every evening show at 21.00. The animators are doing their best, they invited acrobats, jugglers, belly dancers, magicians, etc.
Staff: mostly they try, but the hotel characters are rude, for example, the bartender in a bar with billiards. Refused to make tea after tequila!
