The hotel really pulls on 3 + *.
Hall... sad artificial flowers in marble resemble a cemetery, used napkins, tea bags can fall on the tables, employees are in no hurry to clean it up.
Standard rooms overlooking someone else's windows, old, with holes in duvet covers and very hard mattresses. The room is cleaned badly, the bed linen was not changed, the hotel towels too, they just packed them in a bag every time (I know, because I accidentally put a mango stain on the towel).
When coming for lunch and dinner, the question of free space arose (although at the reception they claimed that the hotel was not completely full due to covid), the hotel staff were in no hurry to help in this, they also rarely asked about drinks, it was necessary to catch them to interrogate appliances. Often the dishes ran out, people waited until they brought clean ones. A glass fell apart in my hands (photo attached).

Due to covid, the buffet looks different, the food is distributed by employees, which led to a slowdown in service and the formation of queues, and social distancing has not been heard here. . .
The food is the biggest minus of this hotel, tasteless, monotonous, every day chicken and sea bass, from fruits (dates, melon, watermelon, apples), all this is also tasteless. The restaurant itself looks more like an old canteen.
The hotel is located relatively far from the old town and Soho Square, minibuses do not reach the hotel, so you can only get there by taxi.
After the beach, we came to the hall, we really wanted to drink, the bar is closed, we ask the staff where you can get water, to which we received an answer: there is a bottle of water in your room.
The internet is terrible, only works at the reception.
Somewhere at 18:00 the beach closes, the pool also has a warning “no swimming after sunset”.
During quarantine, not all excursions are available.
We asked for bathrobes for two days, the hotel staff promised to bring “tomorrow”, as a result, no one brought it, we stopped asking, we were detained during check-out, as they were looking for bathrobes in the room that they wrote down but did not give out.
There are few advantages, but still:
1. Unusual, beautiful, multi-tiered beach, sun loungers are located in small "bays".
2. Large pool, pools with fresh and sea water, pools for children.
