The hotel is just wonderful, no complaints about it. The territory is large, green, beautiful, many pools, there is sea water, a jacuzzi in the pool, a gym. The rooms are large, spacious, clean and bright, approximately 30-35 sqm. m. The only thing for those who go to a room with a sea view is definitely not for you, there are few rooms with a sea view, mainly to the pool, for which you will have to pay $ 20 per day, and all standard rooms with a view of the internal patio. Cleaning every day, and as someone correctly noted, tips and their size do not affect the quality (they can just put less tea and coffee), and everything else is ideal.

The food is a buffet, a huge selection, I think they can please any picky eater (I myself am very picky about food), in two weeks of staying there, we were able to try only half of what was offered.

As for spicy food, yes it is there, but not all of it, I don’t eat spicy food at all, I got on spicy pizza or something a couple of times, so I couldn’t breathe, but then I looked closely and in the future determined by eye what could be spicy and what is not, and that's how it ate without unpleasant surprises. Juices were served for breakfast - 4 types, mineral water, tea, coffee, free of charge. For dinner, everything is at your own expense and I want to note that the prices at the hotel are generally very high, for example, a bottle of local beer is 0.5-32 pounds, which is almost $ 6, water 1.5 l - almost $ 3, a glass of wine from $ 6. Yes, and in the city food, water, cigarettes ($ 2 per pack) are all 2 times more expensive than in Moscow, so take everything with you. We did not have any poisoning or stomach problems. Everything was very tasty and at a good European level. For two weeks there were, of course, repetitions in food and a little tired of the same food, but with such an assortment, you can always find something new and tasty.
In the evenings, the restaurant has the same program, there were innovations of course, but basically the same repertoire.

Free buses run from the hotel 5 times a day to the city and to golf, in the city you can go to the beach of our hotel located in the city, there is sand, animations, and entertainment on the water, this is not in golf because the reef is a protected area and the President's cottage. The reef is very beautiful, a lot of different fish from mollusks to gigantic ones almost the size of a man, moray eels live on the right pontoon, huge, scary and at the same time beautiful, and not dangerous, they swam right behind it many times, there are also a lot of hedgehogs. People who have been diving even in the Rus Mohammed reserve say that even there they did not see anything new from our reef.

On Mondays, a free golf lesson, where, as I said, a free bus is lucky. Very cool, worth a try.
The staff is just super, 100% well-trained, there were no problems with him, no unnecessary conversations, looks, and so on. left a very pleasant impression.

1. Still, the sea is far away, about 7 minutes on foot, and to get to the beach you need to go up and down the stairs all the time, for some it is tiring. Pontoons, for those who want to enjoy fish and corals, and not for those who like to bask on the sand, there are 4 pontoons, you go down them into the sea, a depth of 10-15 meters, (although small children also swim there with pleasure) sandy there is no beach with an entrance to the sea. I just want to warn everyone in advance, I didn’t know about it, I expected to see a sandy beach from what I read

2. And we didn't see animation at all! There is still much to be desired for the work of the hotel guide, Natalia, a young lady who is absolutely not interested in anything.
In general, I would rate the hotel, minus the listed 2 minuses at 4.8.
I would go there again with great pleasure, the hotel is at a very, very high level.
