Firstly, it turned out that no one was waiting for us there, they didn’t meet us at the bus, they dragged themselves to the reception, with two more lucky ones. Reluctantly, they nevertheless paid attention to us, asked us to wait, then sent us to have lunch (we still dreamed of swimming before sunset), things lay sadly in the corridor at the reception, two hours later, after our indignations, they took us to the room, laughing (Madame Lucian room) , thought they worked 20 bucks in the passport - we go to the room overlooking the pool. There really was a view of the pool - an exit, only the room turned out to be a utility room for the staff - a dirty, tattered room with no windows, but with a wide bed, abundantly sprinkled with flower petals! The dirt is so - that it seems the snakes should have crawled out. They began to apologize for my indignation - the rooms will be free tomorrow - we will translate. After a while, they went out into the courtyard - the Arabs were rolling things past into the rooms! There is, then, but not about our honor! I asked to call a representative of Coral Travel, he promised to come the next day. Evil, gone to sleep. They rattle at night - let's move, let's go again, they really gave a better room, on the third floor, no balcony - imitation - just to collect cigarette butts! It’s hard to call it clean, everything is running, the floors are not washed, the toilet is damp, fungus. But we must pay tribute - they did not take bucks from the passport. For 10 days they cleaned 3 times, and even then the cleaners were invited to a dollar bill. But the floors were not washed for sure! The table and mirrors are stained, though the towels were always clean. The food is quite tolerable, and meat and fish every day, not rich in fruits, juice like water, coffee - zhidelaga, tea bags. Glasses are only plastic, you don’t run into beer - they pour a little more than half. The staff is rude, you can feel the licentiousness and pampered. But the most interesting thing is that the hotel does not seem to be guarded, whoever you want to come in and out, there is no one at the gate day or night. There is no Internet, not even a paid one. The representative of Corel Travel appeared in the morning, and even forgot that we were supposed to be relocated with him, attacked us with offers of excursions, and was so offended that we did not want his services that he did not come to our departure. They do not see off here just as they do not meet. All excursions were bought on the beach, a good Arab named Rimbaud works there, all excursions are two to three times cheaper than through a tour operator, and they all traveled together in one bus, with one guide, and with the same insurance. Those who overpaid (and so much) were offended. A special “thank you” to the beach: apparently, in order to save money, three or four hotels rent it, and the piece of the beach itself is very small, people, like in Anapa, lie on top of each other, and there are very chic half-empty beaches nearby. Swimming near the shore is not pleasant - a lot of garbage. But nearby there are reefs with corals, fish, you can see without going out to sea. In general, the hotel is not bad for young people - since it is located in the very center of the Naama Bay shopping and entertainment complex, they can hang out near the house all night. Not very good for those who want to sleep at night, music until three or four in the morning to the fullest. Arabs are importunate like everywhere else, but you can bargain, they give way well - from 25 to 5 dollars sometimes. But it’s better to take a taxi to the Old Town, there is also a good market, fruits are much cheaper there. I thought that such a good location (center, shops, the sea nearby) would brighten up the costs of the service, but still next time we will go to another place, somehow an unpleasant aftertaste, especially since two years ago we lived close to Oriental Rivoli - there are than to compare - cleanliness, rigor, well-trained staff, everything is of high quality. By the way, when communicating with the Arabs, we heard more than once unflattering reviews from them about this hotel, one called it - "hospital"! The vacation was a success anyway, we are optimists, but there will be something to remember! Yes, and we won’t go through Corel Travel either! They promised 4*!!! !
