I will write something about which no one has written before, but to definitely help me in choosing a hotel.
Weather: despite the fact that everyone was scared like you would die there from the heat, this is not true, really, because of the dry air and wind, the heat is not felt, as in Turkey, we spent the whole day on the beach, at this time it was up to 40 degrees. We were told that in August it would be very hot up to 58 degrees, and when we went it was very pleasant.
Meals: different, delicious scrambled eggs, pancakes, and pasta. If something tasty for this, you definitely need to stand in line, by the end of the rest you are so tired of standing in lines. Didn't notice much variety in the food.

Number: initially we went to the lagoon garden 4 *, but when we arrived it turned out to be closed and we were settled in the lagoon beach 5 *, in the building. The rooms were ok, but the view was on the road. There are very cool rooms on the ground floor with private pools, I don’t know how much they cost, but if they had known about these rooms before, they would have tried to negotiate.
Internet: internet wi-fi in the lobby with your laptop 10 euros, but we found it free, in the lobby there are steps down to the bar and waterfall, where we found free internet.
Contingent: as it turned out in this hotel 50% discount on accommodation for Egyptians (i. e. Arabs). It's just terrible, they rest with their herds of 15 people, we constantly cursed with one family, because. as soon as you turn away from the child already lies wrapped in your towel and on a sunbed, you try to explain that it’s impossible, but they don’t understand other than their Arabic language, they only know fak yu, and shout after. In the evening there were conflicts in the bar tode. If I had known that there would be so many Arabs there, I would never have gone. Usually in all hotels it is more expensive for them, tk. tourists don't like them very much. All the staff are of course friendly. In the dining room (I can’t call this place otherwise) they could be given something in queue, but you stand like an idiot and wait, and in the end they will give you with a disgruntled face.
Sunbeds: it’s not possible to take sunbeds by yourself, only everything is free near the sea, there are very few of them near the pools and the hotel workers themselves take them all in the morning, and then you have to buy them back... at first we couldn’t understand why there was no one, but everything was already taken , in the morning they got up earlier and still nothing, then, several companies of Russian guys told us such a joke in the hotel, they say be impudent, throw off your towels and lie down.
Sea: the sea is of course unique, even if you walk along the longest pier, about 1 km, it will still be waist-deep, so we reached the priests and swam there already. The fish are not visible, the beach is sandy, you can do without special slippers. We basically had fun tumbling there. All animation on the beach.

Staff: just golden cleaners, I don’t know when they had time to clean, but when I didn’t go into the room everything was already clean. Knowing English is very surprising. On the first day in the morning, the cleaner came to meet us, introduced himself and asked when it would be better to come to us. I will say that I also lived in more expensive hotels, but they didn’t clean it better anywhere. If you need something, they called the reception and after 10 minutes all questions were resolved, and the safe was repaired and the chmodans were taken away and all questions will be answered. The waiters and bartenders are so-so, they also leave tables for money, like they book. The best bartender on Mustafa beach, very friendly without money, etc.
Tour operator: Anex tour, I have never seen worse. Our plane was late, then we were taken to the wrong terminal, anex took us 3 dollars more for a visa, and they didn’t explain why, I think it’s just in my pocket, on the way to the hotel, we stood for 1.5 hours at another hotel, there they couldn’t find out something with someone, as a result, at our hotel we were late for this dinner, and they had to warn the hotel about this so that they would leave food for us (the guys even told us this at the reception), but our tour operator did not take care of this, and therefore we were left without food. The sign about the departure was not hung up the day before as usual, on the same day of departure, the bus was late for 30 minutes, and when they brought it to the airport it was written immediately at the entrance that the departure was postponed an hour ahead.
