Rested 18-25.01. 09. Most of the reviews are true. Let me tell you briefly about the features of the hotel. Garden and Laguna are one big beautiful complex. And the design is really impressive. For residents of the garden, only the lagoon restaurant is closed, everything else is common. The hotel is mostly Italians. Hotel occupancy is about 40% (January).
The weather is sunny and windy, and the intensity of the wind changes every day. Of the 7 days, only one did not swim because of the strong wind. One day was calm. The air temperature is about +25, the water is from 20 to 25. Interestingly, near the reef (600 meters from the shore), the water is warmer.
The beach is large and sandy. 150 meters from the shore - knee-deep water. Go to the reefs: along the 1st pontoon on the right 300m and also along the water towards the bench protruding from the water (you will see) go-swim 200 meters (carefully hedgehogs, corals). On the way, not reaching 30-50m to the bench and a little to the left - a cool lagoon with fish (they eat bread from their hands). Behind the bench after 50 meters - real reefs with fish begin, which is what Egypt is famous for. Recommend. Go there only in slippers ($5 near the hotel). It’s easier to go along the second pontoon on the right (Azur Hotel) 600m - there are reefs right away. The 1st time it worked, the 2nd was not allowed.

Food for 7 days became boring, especially camel meat. The choice is not great. Juices are good, coffee, teas - too. From alcoholic drinks: beer, wine - medium. Gin, whiskey, rum - none, although whiskey-cola is fine. Nothing juice cocktails.
From the negative - the boorish attitude of baboons with normal treatment in English. This does not apply to all staff and is mostly found in the bars of the lagoon.
There is nothing out of the ordinary in stores. You can buy some souvenirs.
