On approaching Sharm, my husband and I had the same thought: where did we end up? But when we got to the hotel, we were delighted with the well-groomed, green and lush-flowering territory. We were met quite cordially for $ 20 for an early check-in. But after resting from the road in a cozy bungalow, the next shock awaited us. Before reaching the beach, we met Russian tourists, who announced to us that today the shark had eaten a German woman. So we swam and looked at the rich underwater world. We thought that we would swim in the pools, but it wasn’t there. The water in them is icy, and we are from Yalta, not from Chukotka. But, with remarkable optimism, we found where to swim, where to see the underwater world, ride jeeps, go to the Bedouins, travel on camels, taste the delights of Egyptian flavor. The Russians don't give up anywhere. The rest was a success despite the sharks and we managed to fly away before the hurricane. We made our own vacation and had a great rest. But Egypt is not the country you want to return to.
