Hello everyone, we have been relaxing at the Laguna Vista Garden Hotel since August 21, the departure was in the morning, we arrived at the hotel at 7:40 in the morning, we were "delighted" immediately at the reception that the check-in would be at 14:00 and nothing else, this immediately overshadowed the arrival , since we didn’t sleep all night, we couldn’t sleep on the plane, and even here they wouldn’t immediately let me sleep and take a shower. Of course, they were waiting for money, we basically didn’t want to give them, they didn’t even offer water, although our travel agent assured us that they would feed us upon arrival, before moving in, in general, one couple could not stand it and paid them 20 ye, and got a room, we received after them in 30 minutes, for free... as expected, we were also lucky, they gave a large family room.
About the hotel: According to reviews, the hotel is highly rated, our rating is 6, the territory is small, but of course this is an amateur, we love big hotels, since Laguna Vista Garden and Laguna Vista Beach are one complex, with one owner, so we were welcome guests in Vista Beach, it's beautiful!!!!!!! ! And the whole "movement" is there, an amphitheater, animators, discos, a la carte restaurants, etc.... Since Vista Beach is across the road and the entrance to Laguna Gardens is free, it was not difficult for us to visit Beach, but after going to supermarkets, shops cafes and restaurants, we no longer had the strength for disco and animation, so the rest turned out to be quiet, measured, we liked it, but if they ask us, would we return there? - No way! ))) In Laguna Vista Garden, two rows of chalets in a semicircle, one bar by the pool, right behind the bar the entrance / exit of the hotel, well, the central restaurant-dining room)) that's it! we were bored. We played billiards, it costs 5 ye, mini football is also paid, internet is 10 euros for 1 hour, but you need to go to Vista Beach for it, have fun with excursions and walks in restaurants and cafes and shopping) well, in the evening at the bar in Laguna Garden two once there was live music, that's all))
About the beach: the beach was disappointing, sooooo far to go to the reef, knee-deep, 200 meters. Pantones are long... and not all are open.

In general, the hotel is not bad, but it does not hold up to the 5 stars that it has, and 4 is not solid)
We are still satisfied with the rest, because we managed to relax) tried to look at everything with a smile!
